Skylar
"Sky why won't you go out with me?" He asked. I looked at him as if asking if he was insane.
"Because Brian."
"You literally have no good reason, do you?" Oh no, I had a reason... But I couldn't tell him that...
"No, I guess I don't." I sighed.
"Exactly. So one date."
"No Brian."
"Just one." He grasped his hands together and got down on his knees. I threw my hands up in the air.
"Fine! One date!"
"Thank you. That's all I ask." I rolled my eyes. Brian planted a soft kiss on my cheek and pulled back, smiling.
"Uh-huh. So where is this date?"
"Tonight. 7:30. It's a surprise, but be ready.""Okay, now go. I have stuff to do."
"Writing?" I nodded, shooing him away vigorously.
"Goddamn."

"Ryan, get over here!" I called, watching him walk away.
"What do you want, Patterson? I'm kinda busy." I speed-walked, in order to catch up to him.
"Go out with me." I demanded. He stopped in his tracks and I slammed into a wall.
"What?"
"You heard me. Go out with me."
"Aren't you into Joey? Yeah, you had a major crush on whoever he is." I folded my arms, looking at him angrily.
"News Flash: Joey is Brian. And Brian is currently dating Skylar. So what do you say? Go out with me."
"So wait, you're going to use me as payback to mess with your bestfriend and your crush. Is that what I'm getting?"
"Pretty much. I just want Brian."
"Aren't you afraid that you'll hurt Skylar? I mean, what if she wants to date him?" I was getting irritated with him. What did Skylar see in Ryan??
"Trust me," I said through clenched teeth. "She likes someone else more than she likes Brian." He thought about this for a moment before shrugging.
"Okay, I'll help you with this on the condition that Skylar doesn't get hurt."
"Sure. Seems pretty legit. Thanks, gay boy." I kissed his cheek carelessly and ran away, leaving him to contemplate that info I left him with.
"Hey Patterson." I turned around, my lips instantly being forced onto his. I stayed still, being kissed by Ryan and eventually gave in, kissing him back. He pulled back and smirked, "I'm not gay."
"Debatable." I breathed, watching him walk away.

Ringggggggggggggggggggg.
I ran down the stairs, tripping over a shoe and falling into the wall. I pulled back, rubbing my head and walking over to the door. I pulled it open.
"Hey you." I smiled. I laughed, noticing that he had a lily in his hand. "Oh, aren't you a charmer?" I teased.
"You know it." He handed me the lily and kissed my cheek. I felt guilty for smiling because he was obviously not mine to have. "Ready?"
"Yeah. Let me grab my jacket." I went into the closet, grabbing my leather jacket. I slipped it on and followed Brian to his Red 2012 Chevrolet Camaro VL1. He ran over to the passenger side, pulling it open. "You're such a dork."
