"And you always being gone? Forget it. What do you do? Go down to the bar?" Kaylie yelled. I ran my fingers through my hair.

"What about you? Flirting with every guy you see. I don't think that's what you're supposed to do when you're in a committed relationship."

"Says you. You were the biggest slut in high school. You had a 'girlfriend' like every other week."

"You were dating Brian and he was in love with another girl."

"You know what. Dating you was the biggest mistake of my life."

"Oh yeah? Mine too." I turned around, opened the door, and left. Just like that.

All we did was fight, night and day.

I didn't want this, really. Being with Kaylie was amazing at the beginning. We went on dates, enjoyed each other's company, and don't get me started on all of the wild sex. But she'd gotten bored of me and to be honest... I've gotten bored of her too.

So I did what any sensible person would do, "Skylar? Meet me at the bar in five-"

"And suit up!" We said in unison, ending the call quickly. Ah Sky. I got into my car and exhaled, suddenly wanting to scream.

I couldn't think about that then, I had to meet up with Sky. She knew how to calm me down.

I drove down to the bar, I didn't know the name, and walked in, spotting Sky at our usual table with two beers.

"Please tell me that you're alone." I breathed. Sky got up and hugged me tightly. Ugh, I loved her hugs.

"Of course. Now sit down and have a beer." She handed me the bottle and I sat down next to her. "So what's up?"

"Ugh. So much is up. It's Kaylie again. We've been fighting so much lately and I really can't take it much longer. I want to be with her but I'm not happy." Sky grabbed my hand.

"You haven't been happy. You're depressed. A person should be happy with who they are with, not who they feel that they should be with. You feel that you have to be with Kaylie to be happy, but you're not. You do realize that, don't you?" I nodded slowly, letting it all sink in.

I realized that Skylar was right. I needed to break up with Kaylie.

But first I needed to drink the night away.

"Okay, be good. Don't kill anyone." Sky said as she dropped me off the next morning at my apartment. I noticed that Kaylie's car was still there.

"Yeah yeah. Wish me luck."

"Kiss my ass." She smirked. I flipped her off and she drove away.

I sighed and walked up the steps, unlocking my door.

"Where have you been? You were at the bar, weren't you?" Kaylie demanded. I rolled my eyes.

"I was with Skylar."

She groaned, "Always with Skylar. Why don't you marry her already?"

"For one, she's with Ryan, one of my bestfriends. Two, she doesn't believe in marriage. Three, her cousin would kill me. And besides, Skylar is my bestfriend. There is nothing wrong with hanging out with my bestfriend. Unless there is. And in that case, you can't hang out with Hannah anymore." Kaylie scoffed.

"I don't need to take this from you."

"Kaylie, I think that we should b-"

"I'm pregnant." She interrupted me.
