Y/n POV
Fairchild residence
2:30 pm
After me and Miles told Ms. Grose about us everything was going good until I called Hazel.
"Hey how's everything at home?" I asked
"Um, not good. The cafe is shutting down and so I quit to find a new job but I can't find any applications. Also I hate to bring it up but I saw your parents in the cafe before I left and they asked what I was up to lately and I told them I was fired, they said I should move in with them... I'm sorry, I'm not doing because it's not fair to you"
"Fuck them. They can kick me out but my best friend can live there?"
"They're doing it to get back at you!" Hazel told me
"Well what are you gonna do if you can't get a job? You still have bills to pay and you still have to eat."
"I don't know" she told me
"Well since I have food and a roof over my head, why don't I pay you for now?" I suggested
"No y/n, I can't do that!"
"Just do it. I'll ask Miles if you can come for a week or so too maybe if you want?" I asked to make her feel better
"I don't know if I could stay there. But still ask because I wanna see you, I'll do it for you" she told me
"Ok I'll go ask him"
"Wait isn't he our age, wouldn't you ask the women I met when I was there?" She asked
"No Miles is in charge of her technically. Also the house is his technically"
"Wow" she said surprised
"Well I'll go ask" I told her
"Ok I wanna meet your man" she told me
"Ok, bye" I said laughing at her comment
"Bye" she said back
I go to leave Miles' room just to turn around and see him slouching in his egg chair.
"Holy shit, you scared me" I told him
"What'd you wanna ask me?" Miles asked
"Can my friend Hazel come for the week, she just lost her job and needs to get away from home" I ask
"What's she like?" He asked
"Really nice, one of the funniest people I've ever met" I told him honestly
"Ok, when is she coming?" He told me
"I'll have to call and ask. Thank you Mi" I said back
He pointed to his cheek gesturing for me to kiss him for repayment which I of course did.
Ring

Ring
"So you can come, when are you gonna come?" I asked
"I can pack now, I can leave whenever, when's best for you?"
I looked at Miles for a response to which he just shrugged basically signaling that it's ok whenever
"Do you wanna come today or tomorrow?"
"Now!! Duh" she said playfully rolling her eyes
"Get your ass over here" I told her
"Well it's a two hour drive so calm your ass down"
"Okkk. What are you gonna do with Piggy?" I asked
"Can I bring her? It's ok if I can't, I just don't know where to take her"
I again look at Miles who nodded with a smile since he loves animals
"BRING HER" I said so happy
" alright let me get packed" she told me happy
"Alright I'll send you the address, and leave soon please." I told her
"Alright I'll see you when I get there"
"Bye"
I turn to Miles to see what he thinks
"What do you think?" I ask a little worried
"Your friends are my friends" he told me reassuring
"Thank you for everything" I told him hugging him
"I have to go give Flor her lessons before Hazel get here but I'll be back" I told him
"I'll come with you." He responded
"Don't distract her" I said laughing
-down stairs-
"Hey Flor, you ready for your lesson?" I asked
"Nooo. Can't we just have a tea party" she asked desperately
"After baby. I have a friend coming over and I'm sure she'll have a tea party with us. We could also play dress up too if you want... But you have to do your lessons" I told her bribing
"Is she the one I met?" Flora asked
"Yep." I said back
"Fineeee." She smiled at me
"I'll tell her to bring extra dress-up clothes" I said happy she listened
I felt arms wrap around my waist and I knew who it was immediately.
"Your so good with her" I hear Miles tell me
"I love her" I responded smiling so bright
" are you like this with all kids?" He asked
"Most, if they're not being brats. But Flora's not like that. She's special" I told him
"Awe" he responded kissing my cheek
"Alright let me text Hazel before she leaves" I said

Can you bring nice dress up clothes and maybe accessories? Flora really wants to have a tea party and dress up. (Your text)

"Ok Flor, time for your lessons" I said putting my phone away
