Y/n POV Fairchild residence Same day as the last chapter
Nell had woken up from her nap so I got up and went to get her, she was really sleepy so she was whining.
"Sweepy bwby." Miles said reaching out to grab her
I placed her into his arms and she immediately cuddled into his neck. Miles rubbed her back while she calmed down. After a couple minutes she was more calm and started to pick up her head and start to babble.
"Da-da-da" she looked at Miles
"Nelly" he poked her cheek
She crawled out of Miles' arms and went in between us on the bed and picked up the remote which caused it to scroll all around Netflix until it got to a Disney movie and that turned on.
Miles' and I's jaws dropped.
"How did- how did she know to click that button?" Miles asked
"She's smart" I threaded my fingers through her extremely long curls
Nell was tuned into the movie, usually when she would watch something or be playing she wouldn't want anybody to touch her.
I still feed really bad for Miles for crying because he doesn't like people seeing him cry or crying at all. So I wanted to do something so maybe he feels better.
"I'll be right back, I have to ask Noah a question." I walked out the room
I didn't even bother to knock because I don't care.
"What?" Noah asked
"Wanna go bowling?" I asked
"Yes! Oh you're getting your ass kicked!" He jumped up
"Well we can go later but I was just wondering because I wanted to do something to make Miles feel better."
"What's wrong with him?" Noah sat next to me on the bed
"Well I found him crying and he just felt guilty about everything."
"Wait- Miles Fairchild? Miles crying? What!"
"He has feelings Noah" I scolded
"Alright, but I just didn't expect that." He stated
"Well we'll leave around 7 tonight if you're coming so be ready." I said before leaving
