Dancin' with the demons

Me and Miles called our Uber and while we waited we went to a couple other stores. Spencer's to be specific ugh. Miles wanted to see what it was about and just grabbed my hand and brought me in.

"You're not gonna like the store." I told him hoping he'll turn around

"Yes I will." He told me getting in there

We started looking around in the store.

"Mi just don't go in the bac-" I said until I saw Miles with wide eyes looking in the back

"Fuck" I whispered under my breath

He just sat there with wide eyes and his mouth hung open

"Told you." I said

"Maybe I should buy something." He said with a cocky smirk

"No you should not!" I said getting embarrassed

"Why not" he said with that cocky smirk telling me he's gonna do it

"You know Flora goes through your stuff sometimes" I told him hoping he'll walk away

"That's the reason? Not anything else" he said smirking

I turned bright red. I could feel the heat blazing through my body

"Come on" I said pulling his hand

He then picks up a whip and a pink vibrater

"Oh my god. Can we go now? The Ubers waiting!" I said getting too embarrassed

"I think I'm gonna buy these" he said

"Asshole" I said speed walking out of the store,    laughing at how annoying he is

He buys the items and the worker kept looking at me

I just sat at the entrance of the store waiting for him with my head in my hands

"We can go now" he said with that smirk

-time skip-

We reached the Fairchild residence finally and I began to get nervous for so many reasons

1. Quint
2. The things Miles bought
3 Ms. Grose seeing all the things we bought

I started Shaking and Miles noticed

"You nervous for the whip?" He asked cocky again

"No asshole, I'm not." I told him

"Quint." I said getting more worried

"It's gonna be alright. Just stay next to me and it should be ok." Miles tried to reassure

We soon reached a holt and stepped out the car.
The Uber driver left the driveway so fast.
Probably scared.

We walk in to see the house empty

"Where are they?" I ask

"Might be in a lesson." He told me

"True."

"So we should sage the house first." I told him

I burned the first bundle of sage and walked through the entrance and through out the kitchen, everywhere downstairs. Finally I got to the lesson room to see Ms. Gorse cleaning and Flora coloring.

"What's that?" Flora asked referring to the sage

"It's to make the house smell really good." I lied

"Oh thank you" Ms Grose said

She really didn't know what sage was?

I walked around that room and then it was time to head upstairs

I walked upstairs with Miles

He squeezed my hand to reassure we were doing good

I saged the whole upstairs but then it was time to go into the room I hated. My old room.

I walk in and sage the whole room with nothing happening Unless you clarify it being cold.

I walked out and Miles following behind until the door shut on him.

"What the fuck Miles! Come out!" I yell through the door

"It just shut" he yelled back

Miles POV
Bold= Quint

"Foolish kid"

"How dumb are you?"

"Shut up!"

"Leave me alone"

"You're gonna die in here, with me"

"You can't get rid of me"

Y/n POV

I heard Miles yelling and I already knew what happened.

Then the door swung open letting him out

He ran to hug me with tears running down his cheeks

All I could do was rub his back and wipe the tears away

I could feel his tears soak my clothes but that didn't matter to me.

He eventually pulled away and that's when I saw his tear stained face

I kissed his cheek and wiped his salty tears.

He grabbed my hand and walked to the couches in the lesson room and Flora and Ms. Grose were gone.

"Just stay here, I'll sage the rest of the house" Miles told me

"No! That's not happening." I told him

"Yes it is." He said grabbing the rest of the Sage and leaving the room

"You're crazy!" I yelled through the big doors

I sat on the couch and turned on the tv because what else am I going to do, I'm already panicking.

I go on my phone to also distract me.

I look at the tv and watch what I put on

The tv went to a black screen for a second when it was switching to a commercial and that's when I saw him behind me.

"What the fuck" I look behind me and he's gone

Then Miles came in the doors

"Are you ok?" He asked

"Yeah." What about you?" I ask

"It was fine."

"In the basement?" I ask

"Yeah it was fine"

"We'll probably because he was with me." I whispered under my breath but I guess he heard me

"What happened? Did he do anything?" He asked picking my head up and looking at it like a mom would.

"I'm fine. I just saw him in the tv screen."

"Fuck" he mumbled hugging me

"We have to do the next step. But we have to look through the books to research first"
