Chapter 20: 𝑠𝑙𝑒𝑒𝑝𝑜𝑣𝑒𝑟 𝑝𝑡. 2

3rd Persons Pov:
After the dramatic monopoly game, which Delise won and Karl lost, they all went into the living room again and opened Netflix on the TV wanting to watch a movie.

They click on a comedy movie but it wasn't that funny.
Niki chuckled a few times but that was it.
Because it was a really bad movie they rated it 1 star.

The movie made them all tired so the turn off the TV and walk into Melanie's bedroom.

"Who's gonna go to the bathroom first?" Melanie asks them and Delilah goes outside and steps into the bathroom and locks the door without asking anybody if they want to go in first.

They weren't mad, they just laughed at her and stood in the middle of the room. Melanie has her arms crossed trying to look mad but you could see that she is holding in a laugh.

"Well I'm gonna go to Delilah's room and steal some shit from her" Mel says and Karl nods while Niki watches him looking at Mel walking out and giggling. You were able to see how mesmerized he looked when watching her go outside.

"Are you sure you don't like her?" Niki usually doesn't teases people in these situations but because Melanie did the same thing to her she just wants revenge.

"Nooo Niki" Karl replies whining, he does kinda like Melanie but he isn't that sure yet and he doesn't want to tell anyone if he isn't sure even tho he did tell Delilah.

"Haha Im kidding by the way, just teasing you and you don't have to tell me anything, sorry for making you uncomfortable if I did" she chuckles at the beginning but you can see her worried face at the end.

"It's ok! Im already used to this" Karl replies remembering the time where he and his ex girlfriend liked each other but they didn't admit it so people constantly teased them.

"I'm back bitches, and look what I found! Her sketch book. I looked at them and they look pretty good." Melanie holds the sketch book in her hands and as she wants to give Karl the book Delilah opens the bathroom door and catches Melanie handing Karl the book.

"Melanie you stupid bitch! Karl, give me back my sketch book it's too beautiful to be touched by Melanie and you" Delilah runs to Karl and all 4 of them start to laugh again.

"So on which side do you guys wanna sleep?" Delilah asks.
"I'm gonna sleep on the left side!" Niki replies quickly and Karl answers:
"I'm gonna sleep on the right side!"
"So we are both gonna sleep in the middle? Melanie and Delilah look each other straight into their eyes and smile.

They all changed into their pjamas and it was time to sleep.
It's raining so when they were quiet the raining noise on the windows were so relaxing so they forced Delilah to shut her mouth so they can easily fall asleep with the raining falling down on the windows.

But Melanie couldn't sleep so well.
She tried her best but it just didn't work. And Karl seemed to notice that.

Karl is sleeping next to Melanie and Delilah but Delilah is sleeping next to Melanie and Niki.

Karl's face was right in front of Melanie's face and when he opened them he saw that Melanie was still not sleeping, instead she was looking at the skies that she's able to see from her side.

"Hey, can't you sleep?" he asks softly making sure to not scare her.
"Huh? Oh yea, I just cant sleep and I don't know why" she replies back also whispering.
"Well...maybe we can cuddle? I always can easily fall asleep when cuddling with someone so it might help"  he tried his best to not show his red cheeks. He didn't want to sound like a weirdo but she didn't think it was that weird, instead she thought it was really nice of him.

"That would probably help a lot. Thank you Karl" Melanie starts to snuggle up to Karl and Karl out his arms around Melanie and his head on her head.
Melanie's head was in his chest and after a while she surprisingly fell asleep. Karl didn't think it would work but he's happy he did.

Karl's Pov;
You can hear her little snores and it's honestly just cute. I'm glad she can sleep now.

I just relax my head on her head and  close my eyes, slowly falling asleep.

Opening my eyes I feel Melanie still on my chest and I look around to check on the others just to find them giggling holding their phone at me and Melanie. I guess they made a picture of us.

I groan and want to just kill both of them but I have to wake up Melanie so I do that and she looks at me with a sleepy face.

"Delilah and Niki, delete the pictures you made" I say standing up with an annoyed face.
I'm not really mad at them I guess, just don't want them to spread it around the internet.
"Nahhh I don't think so. We are not gonna post it somewhere tho so don't you worry" Delise replies back and Niki and her start to walk out of Melanie's room to leave him and Mel alone.

"What were they doing?" Melanie asks rubbing her eyes.
"Taking pictures of us sleeping" I say stretching my arms.
"Ugh I'm gonna talk and kill Delilah later"

I take a sweater out of my backpack and put it on.
Melanie watched so I look at her and she realizes and gets red.
"Sorry, I just remembered that I still have your sweater. I can get it now if you want it back" Melanie says fast and I start to laugh not minding that she has it.
"It's totally fine. You can keep it. Another present from me I guess" I start to giggle and she gives me a big smile hugging me tightly.

I leave her room leaving her to change and see Niki and Delilah making breakfast.

"I knew you guys cuddle like every night you come over but I didn't expect you guys to do it when guests are over" Delilah says looking at me and I rolls my eye walking up to the kitchen.
"Oh c'mon it's just what best friends do. I'm sure you cuddled with her too"
"Yeaaaaaaa" she doesn't sound that convinced but she already knows that I have a small crush on Melanie.

"So what are we doing today?" Niki asks us.
"Maybe walk around the city and then go to the arcade? I don't know" Delilah says and I nod not knowing where the arcade is.

very tired, cut hair today and ih my lord I look amazing, obsessed with Miraculous again, has so much missing homework, has too many memes in camera roll.
That is me right now.
