In the dark of night , the police scour dallas , while you and your friends hide in the empty home of the late blake (ty's cousin).Inside you hurry down a flight of stairs with your grandpa in tow , "y/n! where are you going!? you can't run away from this!" said grandpa "im not, were going downstairs!. if what you just you just told me is true , then everyone needs to hear it!" i said. you stride down the stairs into the living room.As you enter, tyler looks up from his seat by the door "hey. i found some food in the kitchen. do you want stale pop tarts or stale saltine crackers?" asked tyler "uh...i'm good:)" i said "where's everyone else?" i asked , cody steps out of from behind a curtain "right here, keeping a look out.i saw a cop car go twice, but i think we're okay for now" said cody "by the way, we found a phone charger, i took the liberty to plugging yours in" said cody . Cody points to where your phone is plugged in, on the floor. "has chad texted?" i asked "no idea, i just plugged it in. and it's pretty water damaged you'll be lucky if it still works" said cody "we should know in either way, in few minutes" said  cody. You kneel picking up your phone. On the screen a charging symbol flickers. "okay i'll deal with that later" i said, you set it down with a  sigh, standing back up you see the twins and gar enter. "right now, you guys need to hear something. grandpa, come here." i said . the floor creaks as your grandpa awkwardly enters the room.

"hey,kids" said grandpa "tell all of them , what you just told me" i said  "that thing in the lake...she was once a person , and my wife" said grandpa . "dude...." said garret "you've gotta to be kidding me" said tyler "wait-- y/n that thing in the lake which killed dan is your grandma!?" asked coby "i'm....gonna need some more details" said cody "wow, i didn't expect this" said cory. "Her name was...jessica, and fifty years ago she lived alone by the river" said grandpa "she was different from others......she could 'feel' things" said grandpa "what exactly do you mean by 'feel'? asked garret "she could feel presence in the land and she would call it 'power'" said grandpa "so the cultists took all her rituals and...twisted it" said grandpa teeth clenched "they got away with it.. they bulit a dammed the river, built the sunny little town by the river and......stalked jessica to the bottom" said grandpa "why would they do that!?" asked coby "to make HER their conduit to the power. as much of it as they wanted, with none of the cost. at least...not for them" said grandpa , you hear a soft gasp from cory "the ritual we did on the boat....the marlinspike.." said cory "yeah.about that" said grandpa , coby covers his mouth in horror "every member of the society has done that ritual. And every one of them has a spike inside jessica" said grandpa "that's how it works. that's where they get their power , by killing her over...and over again" said grandpa sadly "but why did she kill dan??innocent people?" i asked "don't tell me he was a freaky immortal cultist" said tyler "he wasn't....or was he?" said coby , grandpa shakes his head "no. those were just innocent people caught in crossfire, jessica is ......slipping. losing herself to pain and hate" said grandpa "we have to help her" said garret in determination "you're so right" said tyler "we'll help her together" said coby  "okay but--" cody stops mid-sentence as a chirp sounds from across the room. "MY PHONE!" i said . You scramble toward your phone snatch it off the floor , and frantically swipe to unlock the screen.

"y/n help me , i'm somewhere underground and it's super dark and i dunno wtf is happening" msg by chad 

"i think i'm in the sewers? there's tunnels and water and a bunch of old machines"

"i'm trying to find a way out but there's no light and my phone's almost dead and my leg is cut really bad"
