"how do you want to handle this?" asked cody "screw subtietly" i said . "you step out , from behind the corner . "hey dumbass" i said. Mark whips towards you, his body tensing with rage "of course you would be here" said mark "NOW!" said tyler . The cultists recoil in shock as three of you charge in! mark gives a pathetic squawk of surprise as your fist connects his face! "auwwwghh" said mark "why don't you lay down for a little while?" i said . he's out even before he hits the ground. a few minutes later, you and tyler have finished changing into your disguises . "how do i look?" asked tyler with a smirk "like an NPC from skyrim" i said " a what from what now?" asked grandpa "never mind" i said "hey grandpa aren't you gonna put your hood?" i asked "can't. this damn thing got ripped ,and this fella here ain't exactly my size" said grandpa "we'll figure something out. in case it's not obvious, these folks ain't the brightest bulbs in the box "hey , speaking of figuring things out... what should we do with these three?" asked tyler "excuse me? we're not killing anyone!!" said tyler "tyler, these people would slit your throat in a heartbeat" said grandpa "they literally already tried! killing them is self-defense!" i said "you can't use self-defense preemptively . they law is pretty clear on this subject" said tyler  "well, we can't bring them with us" i said "let's just leave them here , we'll call the police and send medical after we make it out of here" said tyler "your literally making 40 assumptions there" said grandpa "look,unless somebody has any other idea than stabbing three unconscious people--" before ty could finish "wouldn't be stabbing, specifically" said grandpa "the conversation is over" said tyler. grandpa and Tyler head-on, with one last uncertain glance backwards , you follow them.

You enter a worn-down maintenance tunnel , ancient tunnels flicker all around you. "what's with these tracks?" said tyler "hm? oh they were for moving industrial equipment back to where the dam was first built. "i can't believe how huge this place is! how much further is it?" i said "the rendezvous point is at the end of this passage. come on" said grandpa. As the three of you start walking. you hear ragged footfalls and wet barks, echoing the tunnel behind you!. "we've got company!" said cody "let's move!" said grandpa . The three of you set of at a run ,but the sound keeps pace behind you , in fact-- "they're gaining on us!" i said "they're not the only the ones!" said cody. Up ahead , you hear voices. the shadows of hooded figures bob and stretch across the tunnel wall , curving toward you!. You grab cody and grandpa's arm and force them to walk! "y/n what are you doing?!" asked ty "im not y/n , im a cultist remember? we all are ,just keep your head down and walk" i said "there's no way they're just gonna--" before tyler could finish "shh , here they come" said grandpa.

"what the hell?! where are you guys going?" asked one of the cultists "and why do you have that traitor with you!!" asked the cultist "he's on our side" i said "wait,what!?" asked the cultist "oh for the love of--it was a trick! now get outta the way!. the grown-ups have business to take care of" said grandpa "this is so typical! no one tells us anything!" said one of the cultist. The cultists look annoyed and confused, but don't try to stop you as you push through their ranks and continue down the tunnel. "i can't believe that worked!" said tyler "keep your voice down , before you blow it!" i said.

"through there!" said grandpa , you slide feet-first through a drainage pipe and splash down in brackish , knee high water "eugh!" i said , tyler plashes down after you "what is this? sewage?" asked ty. grandpa hits the water butt-first, then stands up wet dripping wet and scowling. "no, but it ain't exactly an Aquafina either, let's find your brother and get outta here" said grandpa. "shhh! listen!" you said , you hear voices echoing up and down the watery corridors..and amidst the clamour , your hear one you recognize! "get away from me!" said chad "that's chad's voice!" i said "this way!" said tyler. The three of you take off down the tunnel , through a series of winding passages. as you round the corner you hear a shout! "somebody! help me!" said Chad. chad spots you, but draws up short at the sight of your disguises "damn it! how many of you are there!?" said chad , he spins to face to kevin, ashley and her bodyguard, who came sloshing behind him. "that's enough there's no where else to run!" said ashley "you there! grab him!" said kevin "as you command!" i said , chad recoils as you stalk toward him... "Wait a minute! i know that voice!" said ashley , you and tyler whisk of your disguises! "hey bro!" i said "y/n!" said chad, chad looks from you to grandpa "I'm so confused! what's he doing here?!" said chad "hey,relax,kid" said grandpa. he shrugs out of his own robe, and casts it into the water. "I'm on your side" said grandpa "i knew it! i knew it!" said chad "oh for the love of--" said kevin "stop them!" said ashley to her bodyguard , he grabs chad , "where our my children?" asked ashley "they died" i said "well, we tried to help...them....but things just happened so fast.." said tyler "and it was MESSY" said grandpa . There's a flicker of fear in ashley's eyes...then her features turns into a smirk. " "oh robert(grandpa)for someone who makes such a hobby of lying, you still aren't very good at it" said ashley
