Nobody's POV:
Izuku couldn't believe it.
He had his first argument ever... with Itsuka.
And it was bad.
He couldn't even believe the words that left his mouth... why did he say those things? Was it because he was mad, or did he really mean them?
"Now now Young Midoriya, calm down. We can sort this out later, but your fight with me is in ten minutes. Will this hinder your teamwork?"
Izuku nodded his head, placing his head on the cold wooden desk as he mentally beat himself up. He was the one who was supposed to bring them all together, but now he made Itsuka hate him, and Bakugou still didn't give a flying donkey about any of them, just so long as they stayed out of his way. What would they do?
"Well then... I'd ask for your exam to be pushed back but... that wouldn't be fair to any of your classmates. At this point, it's best if you just tried your best. I know Young Kendo wouldn't let her feelings cloud her judgement on the battlefield... but I'm not so sure about Bakugou HA HA!" All Might shook his head with a laugh, trying to lighten the mood of his pupil.
"Thanks All Might... I promise I'll do my best."
"That's the spirit. Afterwards I can bring you both in for a talk here. I have some news to discuss with the both of you anyways."
Izuku nodded his head, sniffling quietly as he began to walk out of the door.
"Good luck Young Midoriya."
With that, Izuku shut the door quietly, placing his hands to his cheeks to wipe the line of tears. He didn't even realize he was crying, everything was sort of a blur. He wasn't even sure where Kendo had gone, but he wasn't going to go look for her anyway. His face was probably the last thing she wanted to see at that moment.
'I don't blame her... I'm such an idiot.'
An unsettling mixture of anger and grief was present in the pit of his stomach. He was angry with himself, and he was sad that he had messed things up this bad. It seems like nothing could go well for him... like life just didn't want to see him happy. For every good thing that happened in his life, he'd receive three times the punishment.
He walked into the waiting room, not even surprised to see Bakugou staring at a wall while speaking to no one.
"You're the best Katsuki, you'll be the number one-"
The boy quickly turned around to the noise of someone walking in, his face holding the most intimidating glare ever. Izuku didn't even care, as he completely ignored him and plopped himself on the seat.
After a few moments of silence, and Bakugou just staring at the greenette while the latter stared at the window, a loud slam interrupted their quiet.
"Oh... wrong room." Jotaro said, a bead of sweat running down his face as he shuffled out while closing the door again.
Izuku's face flickered with a smile for a moment, as he sighed and placed his hands in front of him.
"So... I heard you idiots."
The greenette looked up at the Pomeranian, his full attention on the boy as he continued.
"Look, I don't know what she has against me but it's not worth throwing your whole relationship out because of it. You worked way too hard to get where you are right now, so if she says to get rid of me, just do it you damn nerd."
