The Hero Beyond the Gears of Time (Izuku x Kendo)

Ch 9: First day at UA High

Izuku's POV:

It was finally the day that I would start at the school all kids growing up would strive for: UA Hero academy. I couldn't believe that this was really happening to me, but I can't say I don't deserve to be attending there with all the hard work I've dedicated to reaching my goal throughout all these years. What I was most excited about though, was being able to make new friends. I had never really made many friends in middle and elementary school, mostly just acquaintances. The only friend I really had was Kacchan, but I feel like he's only friend's with me because of my power; We're more like friendly rivals racing to the top. I've made a few friends outside of school, who I've gotten much closer to, such as Jotaro, Kendo, and even Yaoyorozu, who's usually at Kendo's house when I go visit.

Well anyways, I woke up that morning practically jumping with enthusiasm, as I quickly went through my normal morning routine, and left as quickIy as possible so I could arrive early for my first day. I took the train to my new school, since my mother leaves at 7:00, and I walked the rest of the way. I ran into Kendo and Yaoyorozu when I was nearing the school.

"Hey Kendo and Yaoyorozu, you guys ready for our first day?"

"Hey Midoriya!"

"Hi Midoriya, and yes I am very delighted to be here, I'm going to be attending class 1a." Momo said.

Kendo looked at her with a sour expression. "Dang it I got put in class 1b... what a drag, what about you Midoriya?"

I felt a wave of sadness come over me when I heard Kendo was in the other hero class. "Oh, Um... I'm in... 1a as well... but don't worry! Jotaro is in 1b!" I said trying to shake off the feeling I got.

"AW DANGIT!"

"Well at least I'll know one person!" Momo smiled as we were nearing the entrance.

"Woah I can't get over how huge this school is!" It really was a spectacle to look at, this is where all the greatest pro heroes attended, even All Might!

"Yeah..." Kendo said still with a sour expression.

We made our way through the halls, and we stopped by class 1b first.

"Well this is my stop, good luck on your first day you guys!" Kendo exclaimed as she walked in. I saw her face turn pale as soon as she went in though, and she walked right back out. "He's here! Why the hell is HE HERE?!"

"Who's here? Who are you talking about?" I asked... she looked like she had just seen the devil.

Much to my, and Yaoyorozu's displeasure, we heard a name that we thought wasn't going to be said for a while.

"MONOMA'S HERE!"

"Wha... oh no..." Momo whispered as a look of distress came on her face.

I gritted my teeth, trying to stay composed, since I didn't want to get sent home on my first day for injuring somebody. "He should be in juvie right now..." I said through my gritted teeth. "How'd he get into a school like UA? That piece of shit..."

"I don't know, but I'm 100 percent asking to switch classes..." Kendo whispered as a yellow human caterpillar made its way toward us.

"What in the-"

The caterpillar stood up and it had a face!

"Shouldn't you three get to class instead of socializing out here... if you came to make friends, then you should go back home."

"Eraserhead! I'm such a huge fan of underground heroes! Are you one of the teachers here?!" I asked immediately recognizing the pro, and completely ignoring his previous statement.
