Nobody's POV:
Our group of first years were smack dab in the middle of quite possibly their most intense, and most important tests of the semester.
To be fair, they were doing fairly well. The ways they were passing were really... creative, even with the lack of knowledge they were given before the practical portion. In all honesty, it was pretty amusing the way the students of class 1a were able to pass, but hey, if it worked, then good for them.
At this point, there were only two pairs of students who've failed, those being Kirishima and Sato's team, along with Ashido and Kaminari's team. Their opponents were quite formidable however, and they were completely outmatched from the start.
As those teams sulked on how they failed and wouldn't be able to go on to the summer camp they dreamed of going to for the few weeks they knew about them, it was Mineta and Sero's turn to go against Midnight.
"This isn't going to end well... is it." Kendo sweatdropped. She was currently situated in a camera room, clinging onto Izuku. Momo, Jotaro, Todoroki, and a few others were there, and they were all agreeing with the girl as they watched a pink mist begin to appear out of Midnight's ripped sleeve.
"Not at all..." Izuku replied, watching Midnight approach the two students... menacingly.
As the group of students watched the pink mist beginning to steam off of Midnight, the first move was made. Out of no where, the heroine shot forward, startling the two heroes in training who were totally unprepared for a sudden direct attack.
"Mineta!" Sero yelled, sticking out his elbow to shoot his tape at the grapehead. He was able to successfully latch the sticky tape onto Mineta, and fling him far away from the chaos. It was a noble sacrifice, at least in the eyes of everyone but Mineta, who was crying his eyes out as Sero fell asleep to the mist, and landed on Midnight's chest.
"YOU BASTAAAARD!" Mineta's voice trailed off as he flew farther and farther away.
"Most definitely not..." Momo mumbled, trying to hide a growing giggle that threatened to escape her mouth.
As time went on, the certainty that Mineta and Sero were going to fail grew ever so larger.
"Yeah so, I'm gonna go... look for Kacchan." Izuku chuckled, watching Mineta run away screaming from the approaching woman. He motioned for Kendo to come with him, so they would be able to formulate a decent strategy against an opponent they were most certainly not going to win against, at least not prepared.
While the couple walked, hand in hand towards one of the waiting rooms given to the students so they could free their minds from any distractions, Izuku began to speak.
"This all still feels like a dream."
Confused, Itsuka turned her head towards the greenette. "What still feels like a dream?"
"You and me... this school. All of our new friends. It all feels surreal."
The girl realized what he was talking about, and she let out a small giggle. "It really does... it's only been like what? Half a year since we met... and now look at us. I can still remember how flustered we would both get when we were with each other."
Izuku smiled and looked forward, glancing about the vast hallway as they made their way to their destination. "It's crazy because... what if I was just a few minutes, or a few seconds late? We would've never met... it's like it was meant to be."
"Hmm... you're right. If we never met, we both wouldn't have met All Might, and none of the events that have occurred these past few months would have happened. It's like what you said back at that sleepover... we probably wouldn't have even spoken to each other."
