Okay that's not true..
I've decided that from now until whenever.. I'm going to give out 1 compliment everyday.
Bc I know how common and how big of a problem depression, anxiety and insecurities are in society rn..
And I feel like if u can make 1 person feel good about themselves for even a few seconds, then maybe
Just maybe.. we have a greater chance of beating insecurities for good..
Idk this might be a silly idea but I think that if everybody maybe every one of you reading this now..
Maybe if you gave out a compliment a day as well.. this job could be done easier.
I feel like this shouldn't be too hard and I know for a fact that we can beat mental health issues for good : )
Remember that I love you and that there is always someone right around the corner.
My mum has this quote in our kitchen "a friends house is never too far" meaning..
No matter how hard it is rn.. and no matter how often you think you are alone with nobody willing to help you..
There is always someone.. I promise you.
