"Do you want to explain?" Isaac asks as Derek pulls out the chains for the full moon.
"Explain?"
"Carson wasn't like us, and she wasn't the kanima, so what the hell is she?"
"Why are you so worried?"
"Why aren't you? She was stronger than me, and she weighs like 120 pounds," he shouts.
"I don't know, okay? But she's not our immediate threat," he responds.
"How can you be so sure?"
"Because I am. You don't need to worry about it, just make sure you stay away from her," Derek walks away.
"Why are you so worried about her?" Erica asks, intrigued.
"Shut up. Derek's hiding something," he mutters.

Allison and Carson walk into the library, sneaking to talk to Scott and Stiles.
"I really can't believe you got a restraining order from Jackson. Nice work," Carson fist bumps Stiles.
Allison slides the tablet over saying , "It's everything Lydia can translate... And trust me, she was very confused."
"I'm sure," Carson adds.
"Yeah, what'd you tell her?" Scott wonders.
"That we were part of an online gaming community that battles mythical creatures," Allison and Carson giggle.
"I am part of an online gaming community that battles mythical creatures..." Stiles interjects.
"Oh. Great," Allison responds, not really knowing what to say, while Carson laughs, saying, "You would be."
"Okay, does it say how to find out who's controlling him?"
"Not really, but Stiles was right about the murderers," she answers, Stiles yelling in victory.
"It calls the Kanima a "weapon of vengeance." There's a story in there about this South American priest who uses the Kanima to execute murderers in his village--"
" All right, see? So, maybe it's not all that bad... " Stiles interrupts.
"Until the bond grew strong enough that it killed whoever he wanted it to..."
"All bad. All very, very bad."
"Here's the thing, though. The Kanima's actually supposed to be a Werewolf, but it can't be--"
"Until it resolves that in its past which manifested it," Scott reads.
"Okay, if that means that Jackson could use a few thousand hours of therapy, I could've told you that myself," Stiles rolls his eyes.
