His jaw was set and tense, the male looking like he was about to pounce.

If the candle goes off, you will have to make a circle of salt around you to protect yourself from The Midnight Man and stay there until he leaves. If you can quickly relight the candle in three seconds, you are safe. If he catches you, you will die. The game ends exactly at 3:33."
