                              People who are chronically late. A one-off he can maybe understand, but it's incredibly rude to think your time is more valuable than the 15 to 30 minutes you're making him wait.

                              People who don't return things
                              It's called "borrow." It wasn't a gift and he certainly did not give it to you to keep. If you ask to borrow something, just return it in a timely matter. It's annoying when you have to borrow something back.
