I got up 30 min before school.Thank god I had picked out an outfit beforehand. It saved me a lot of time.
As I was getting my backpack I heard a car horn, Adam was here!!! I rushed down and grabbed my sandwich lying on the counter and then ran out the front door.
I heard my brother say something but I ignored it. I ran to his car and sat on the front seat. I kissed him on the cheek and we went off to school.
Thank god we were not late, just on time. We walked in through the hallways and in our classroom. I looked around the classroom and saw Angelia sitting with Alvin. She was tanned, like a lot.
There was only one seat left so me and Adam sat on the last bench, which was unluckyly next to Angelia.
She looked towards ne and fake smiled, "So how were your holidays" she asked. "Great" I replied.
"Oh!! I went to Hawaii this summer" she said with a huge smile. "That I can see" I mumbled.
"Its a great place you should go there, or you can't" she show offed.
This was it, "Oh I went there once, and my family can take me to other places not one place everytime" I replied as calmly as possible.
She was horrified, about to say something I guess but interrupted by our teacher Mrs. Luna.
She came in with her usual smile. "So, how was everyone's holidays" she started "Today is the first day of school after the holidays so lets not start with studies,tell me about your vacation" she continued.
Now this teacher is lit. Angelia as usual was the first one to brag about her rich parents and her trip. Then went the other two underlings of hers. I had no intention of sharing my experience so I just talked to Adam instead, I guess my teacher had other plans for me. She called out my name and asked me to tell about my vacations.
I stood up unwillingly and looked at my teacher, she nodded at me to say something. I looked around, everyone was staring at me. I had no choice but to speak "I and Adam went to Vegas " I started "we were there for almost 4 weeks I guess, It was cool. The best part was the food and shopping of course. I won't be going in details now, I guess that's pretty much it" I ended. It sounded more like a speech.
"You and Adam were the only ones who went?" asked Mrs. Luna. I nodded, I hate it when I have to share these holiday experience, can't they just see my Instagram stories and posts. "I guess you are great friends" she said with a smile.
I looked towards Adam, he was no help. "More like love birds" someone shouted, which I recognised as Vincent. I glared at him, I looked back at our teacher and smiled awkwardly. Thank god she is not one of those super strict teachers.

The whole day went by quite normally, our teachers gave us lecture about how we should behave ourselves. Angelia was acting really weird the whole time, it was as if she was feeling somewhat jealous.
Our last class was English, a senior came in to ask me to help them out in the office. Once we were in the car Adam told me how Angelia was trying best not to show her jealousy.
Once we were in the car I got a message from Noah asking if I told Adam about the package. Even though I was in school but I was not able to get my mind off of it. I closed my phone and looked at Adam, I had no idea how to tell him he hate Andrew.
"What is it" he asked, I looked at him in confusion. "I know it when you want to tell me something, what is it?". I had no idea what to say, so I started from the sudden parcel. As I continued he got more and more angry.
"What's inside the package?" he asked, "I don't know, I never opened it" I replied back. "Ok then lets go straight to your home and open that fucking package" He said as calmly as he could. When we got home Adam weny through the door angrily. My brother was not at home, I guess he went out.
Adam rushed in my room and took out the package from my closet. He handed me the package and signed me to open it, I hesitated I had no idea what was inside it but I had no other choice but to open it.
As I was about to open it when I heard my brother calling my name, shit he was home already. I stashed away the parcel and ran downstairs. He was standing at the end of the staircase "Whose car is parked outside" he asked with a serious expression.
"Mine" Adam said coming out of my room door. "Ohh, how are you Adam?", "Great" Adam replied back. the atmosphere was getting weirder and weirder. "ok, lets go Adam we have to complete the assignment" I grabbed his hand and we went in my room.
"Well that was weird" he said scratching his head, I smiled he look cute when he does that 'control Ivy, now is not the time to see how cute your boyfriend is'.
As I was about to bring the parcel my brother came in through the door, "Tell me if you need anything" he said and then left the room. We decided not to open the parcel right now, it was not safe if Vernon saw that package as we had no idea what was inside it.
We studied till my parents got home and then Adam went to greet them, he looked all angel like in front of my parents but only I know what nasty little thing he was. My mom kept on asking him to stay for dinner, finally he gave up and agreed.
My brother went out to get some stuff, we took it as a chance and went to open the package. I went to the closet and took it out. My hands were shivering, Adam placed his hand on my shoulder and smiled.
I caught up the courage and started unwrapping it. It was well packed, it took me a while to open it up. Finally when I did I regretted it instanly.
