CHAPTER 15

IVY

It took us quite a time to find a place to sit, the area was filling with every passing minute but finally we found a place to sit. 

Just then I heard someone calling my name and I turned back, it was Emily. I felt so unlucky, first those bastards and now this bitch. 

"Hey Ivy, it's been a long time" she greeted me with her usual fake smile. "Yeah" I replied coldly. I thought she would back off when I replied so coldly but who was I fooling? 

"So I heard that you are dating Adam" she asked me in a weird tone. I just nodded as I had no intention of having a conversation in the first place. 

When she saw my cold response she continued "you know he is dating you only to make me jealous, don't get your hopes high". I wanted to punch that girl right there but I was not planning to let her ruin this perfect date. 

"Well live in your delusional world darling" I replied in bit of a harsh tone. She looked shocked, I think I got bolder than before. 

"Do you think he will date you, once I come back you are gone for good" she replied. "Huh, well you put it like you broke up with him when it was the other way round, you are just a fake cheating bitch" I said while trying my best to stay calm. 

 Just then another boy came and stood beside Emily, he was a little bit taller than me, blonde hair and emerald green eyes. "Back off bitch" he practically barked.

"Oh you got your rebound" I  smirked. When Amy and Noah saw the boy coming they came there as well. "Go back you two, it smells really foul here". 

They both just looked at Emily and smirked.They went back as they knew I could handle them. "Well at least I have one where is yours, too afraid to show up in front of his ex" she questioned. 

"Well I think he knows how strong his girl is, boys need to have confidence in their girls you know" I replied back instantly. Even though I said those words I was still wondering where Adam was, that's when I felt someone hug me from behind,it was Adam. 

"Yes I have confidence in my girl"  he said while looking at me. Emily was taken back for a moment, when she came back to her senses she walked towards him and touched his shoulder but he pushed her away. 

"Calm down" she was not expecting this, Adam was all mad but he kept it under control. I could feel his anger but I had to say something "I cannot stand this foul smell, shall we go?" I asked. Adam nodded and we walked to where the others were. 

"She was the last person I was expecting to meet" Adam said angrily. Noah tried his best to calm him down. I was telling Amy what happened, we went back to where the boys were standing, I went to Adam and pulled off his jacket. 

"What the hell" he shouted, I pulled it off anyway and threw it in the trash can. The three of them turned towards me. "What that bitch touched it" I replied. They all started laughing when they heard that, I cannot let Adam wear something like that. 

We placed the bedsheet where we were going to sit and then sat down, we ate snacks and talked until it was the the time for the fireworks.

They were beautiful, clear sky, shining stars, fireworks and beneath that us, just perfect. I loved the whole atmosphere, as far as the eye can see there were couple holding hand or laying down. 

I looked at Amy and Noah they were sharing a sweet kiss. I looked in Adams eyes and he looked into mine. I lost myself in those deep blue eyes, this is the one moment were you forget all of your worries. 

He leaned forward and joined his lips with mine, I kissed him back. We both smiled while kissing, his tongue entered my mouth, he tasted sweet. I could feel Emily staring at us but at this moment all I cared about was us.
