Prologue

Naomi Kara Cain walked down the hallways of her high school. She had her black hair down, covering her bruised cheek. Her green eyes were looking sad and tired. No one pays attention to her. They all ignore her. But there's one person that bugs her more. And that's Jay Victor McFall. His 18 years old, with dark hair and the most dangerous brown eyes ever. One look and he'll call you out. No one messes with him. Jay always after Naomi. He began bullying her the day she enters high school. Naomi was only a grade below. She was smart, but not good looking. At least that's what Jay made her believe. He makes her life a living hell at school. Only at school. Jay is a rich guy, who thinks he can do what he wants. Naomi isn't rich nor is she poor. She comes from a decent family. Well, what's left of her family her only family is her brother Jared. Her parents die in a car accident a few days after Jared had graduated. Ever since then she's been having a hard life. Jared took responsibility for her. Naomi feels terrible; she doesn't want to be a burden to him. So Naomi never told him about the bullying. She didn't want him to worry about her.

"Hey!" Naomi stopped in her tracks. She tensed up as someone pushed her against the lockers. There wasn't anyone else in the hallway. Everyone had gone home. It was the second month of school. And things got worse. Since its Jay last year, he takes advantage of her, whenever she's alone. "When I call you, I expect you to answer me!" Naomi winced and looked down.

"S-sorry I didn't h-hear you," Naomi stutter.

"Shut up!" Jay gripped her chin making her look at him. "You have a bruise, what did Tessa hit you?"

Tessa is Jay girlfriend. She's just like him bullies her none stop. She had jump Naomi yesterday because she wouldn't get out of the way. Naomi brother asked what happened. Like always Naomi said she bumped into the side of the door. He believes it.

"Poor you," Jay smirked and threw her stuff to the floor. "See you later." He walked away.

Tears stream down her cheeks. She despises him hates him with all her heart. She picked her stuff up and walked out. Her brother was in the car. She quickly walked over and got in.

"What took you so long?" He backed away, and out of the parking lot. "Why you crying?"

Jared knew something was wrong with her. She always came home sad, or with bruises. Even if she doesn't want to tell him, Jared knew someone at school was bullying her. And he will make it stop. Naomi is all Jared has left. He won't let something like bullying, drive her to suicide. Jared knew she cuts. He could see the scars on her arms at night when he goes in to check on her. As much as Jared tried, Jared can't seem to talk Naomi out of it. He even took all her razer or any sharp object in her room. Jared doesn't let her cook. He does all the cooking. His mother taught him. Now his more experience. And it's his job. As a chef in a restaurant. He gets paid well and supports his sister.

Jay isn't afraid of anyone, or anything. He has all he wants. He knows his better than anyone. And nothing will break him, nothing. Not even Naomi. She's Jay personal toy. That is how he refers her too, a toy. His punching bag. She will do anything he says. Jay only uses her for his homework. Other than that, she's useless. He would never look at her as a woman, nor anything else's, other than a toy. Jay's surprise she hasn't reported him yet because she knows what will happen if she does. No one will stop him after he graduates, he won't have to deal with her ever again. Life is good for him.

Naomi didn't know what to do. She has to endure one more year with Jay. But who knows what next year will be like maybe next year she'll get some peace.

As they arrive home, Naomi rush inside and straight to her room she didn't want her brother to question her more. It's best to avoid that. She closed and locked her door. Going into the bathroom and look for a razer. She knew her brother had taken them. But she had hidden one. Finding it, she sat against her bathroom door. It will only hurt for a bit. Just a bit. She always wore long sleeves to hide the scars. She lifted her left sleeve up, and ran the tip of the razor, across her arm. Doing it a few more times she led her tears slip. She didn't like doing it, but it's the only way she can make all the pain go away, by feeling more pain. Hiding the razor again, she showered letting the water wash away the blood.

Jared knew what she did. During dinner, she was quite like usual. Jared has thought of taking her to some therapy. But not sure it will do much. Naomi won't want to go.

"Naomi, tomorrow the weekend," Jared said. "And we going somewhere so please don't argue with me."

Naomi just nodded.

When Jared has time off, he spends it with Naomi. But she doesn't like going out much. Jared only takes her out, for her good. Hopefully, she'll enjoy it.

That night Naomi lay in bed, holding a picture of her parent. She missed them very much. The bullying had started way before they had passed away. Was it even before. She doesn't know, but maybe all her life's, kids bully her. She was different, never talk, she was shy, and it's why they intimidate her. She showed weakness and made others step on her. She can't help it.

What can Naomi do to, stop all this bullying? She's weak. No one will dare help her, aside from her brother. She doesn't have any friends. She'll hope, after Jay graduates, things will calm down. She won't be able to take any more. She fears for her life. Naomi fears she'll end up committing suicide. She doesn't want that. But if it continues, she'll have no choice.

Would it be better if she dies? Would anyone miss her besides her brother? Everyone will be relieved if she's gone. But she's not ready to leave, at least not yet.

Who could save her?

-------------

So this just the beginning it will talk about bullying. I have seen so, many kids being bully. It's not right; people think they could pick on the weak and get away with it? Why not mess with someone your size? What if someone bullies you. Then you'll feel what those kids felt.

So yeah, hope you like. And learn something.

Warning there will be some abusive stuff. Ther will be a little bit of violence. There will be some romance, forgiveness. So yeah.
