Zayn looked up and smiled before he stood up "Oh, hey! Welcome back!"
Liam nodded "Thank you... But uh-" He pointed behind him "Free enough to go work on the app?"
Zayn nodded "Yeah"
Liam looked at Louis and Niall, waved before he and Zayn walked away
Niall and Louis watched them walk away, they then turned to each other
"Are you thinking what I'm thinking?"
Louis gave Niall an unimpressed look "I can't read your fucking mind, Niall; but I AM thinking about how we were supposed to go out for lunch but Zayn bailed even though he's starving"

"How was your time away?" Liam shrugged, Zayn frowned "Didn't enjoy it?"
Liam sighed then frowned "It would've been nice... Had his sisters not followed us there after it being just us 2 days later"
Zayn frowned deeper "What?"
Liam nodded "Yeah, the siblings are pretty close... They know more about Luca and I than I do."
Zayn shook his head "No way"
Liam looked at Zayn "Jessie asked me about the proposal before Luca even bought the ring" Zayn cringed "Alana- his other sister, told me she can't wait to see mine and Luca's house... I didn't fucking know we were going to move in together"
"Damn"
Liam looked back at his coding "Yeah. So, I liked 2 days with just my fiancé but I didn't like the other nearly 3 days of barely seeing him"
Zayn frowned "Liam, do you really-"
"LIAM!!"
Both Liam and Zayn turned towards the door, Jessie was standing at the door before she ran in and tackled Liam into a hug
Zayn was about to catch him but Liam didn't seem to move, he didn't even hug her back
She pouted "You didn't miss me?"
"I saw you 2 days ago"
She pulled away "It's been so long..."
Liam shook his head "What is it Jessie?"
She looked at Zayn then at Liam "How about we go somewhere-"
Liam rolled his eyes "I have to work"
She frowned "You have a lot of jobs lined up, you don't need-"
"Jessie. What do you need?"
"I just missed my bestie..." She said with a pout
Liam nodded and patted her back before she pulled away, she spared Zayn a look then smiled at Liam and walked out
"That must be a lot"
Liam looked at Zayn, he just blinked before he sat down and continued to code

They were quietly coding when the door opened, Zayn looked up and his eyes widened seeing his father and Luca
He looked at Liam who was still focused on the code he was working on then looked at the two again
"Uh... Hi?"
Luca blinked but Zayn's father smiled at him "Are you alright?"
Zayn nodded "Yeah, I'm great." He looked between them "Uh... Not to be mean but what are you both doing here?"
