The surgery that Liam went into failed. He was angry and Louis was being as supportive as he can
The second surgery was mostly a success, some of the plates were replaced, others were too risky to replace
Louis came back and Niall left to go to Liam
Then, the third was his brain, Zayn bounced his leg while trying to work
Checking his phone every 30 minutes, he sighed and tried his hardest to stay calm
Niall then sent a picture of Liam with a wrap around his head and a thumbs up
A few weeks after that he got another video. Liam was being asked questions and they were checking on his reflexes
The doctor asked Liam to smile, Liam did. It was forced, and tired
But it was beautiful. Zayn would've taken a screenshot but he knows Liam doesn't want memories of those days
They facetimed a few times, Zayn said he'd pick Liam up the day he's back and prove to him how much he missed him
Liam asked Zayn to promise
