Mikasa would constantly keep on worrying about you, and would try to convince Shadis to excuse her from training to take care of you.
Sadly he doesn't see it as a valid reason and lets you take care of yourself. Since Mikasa doesn't have a choice, she doesn't have time to take care of you during training hours.
Though she would bring you food and cuddle with you for a bit, not caring if she could also get sick.
She would stay with you for as long she could during her free time. She tries her best to get you well in the best way she could.
She hates seeing you in that kind of state, when she sees you being weak and not being able to train with her.
But once you get well, Mikasa gets more than delighted. She would help you catch up on the things you missed while you were sick.
