Mikasa started smiling as her eyes were still closed, her mind still in the dream realm as she heard your voice laughing and thinking that those laughs were just in her dream.
But as your laughing continued, she immediately woke up, alerted by your voice and realizing that it was not a dream.
She looked at you, who was continuously laughing as you were asleep. As much as she adored the way you laughed, she knew she had to wake you up so you don't pass out from laughing too much.
So she started shaking you, waking you up. "Mikasa?" You mumbled, looking at her with half lidded eyes.
"Why did you wake me up? And why does my jaw hurt a bit?" You asked. "You were laughing in your sleep. What were you dreaming about?"
You remained speechless for a while, trying to recall your dream but you already forgot. "I... I don't remember. Sorry for disturbing your sleep." You apologized.
"It's all fine, as long as you're okay. For now, let's go back to sleep." She said before lays down beside you and fixes the blanket on top of you.
