At first, Mikasa was shocked at the fact that you are a titan shifter. She didn't expect you being one at all.
But she wasn't mad at you, just utterly shocked.
Once Mikasa got used to the fact that you can shift into a titan, she would comfort you after you realize that you are a titan shifter. She would tell you that it wasn't your fault being one and that you still are a normal person to her.
She would reassure you as best as she can that she still loves you no matter what.
Though she would give you advice, like being careful to not injure yourself and turn into a titan.
She would also bring up Eren a lot to not make you feel left out about being a titan shifter.
"Do not be too hard on yourself. Whether you are a titan shifter or not, you are still a human being in my eyes. And even so, I still love you."
