Scenario Fifty Five: Watching The Sunrise Together

It was really early in the morning, late dawn to be exact. The sky was already turning dark blue, meaning that the sun would rise soon. You didn't want to miss it.

You tried sitting up, but then you felt an arm around your waist, so you turn around and see Mikasa still asleep. Your lips involuntarily curl into a small smile, admiring her adorable sleeping face, her chest heaving up and down as she breathes.

"Mikasa." You whispered, gently tapping her shoulder to result in her slowly opening her sleepy eyes, looking at you. "(Y/n)? Why are you awake so early?" She whispered back, letting go of you and rubbing her eyes.

You then sat up, looking out the window. "It's almost sunrise! I was hoping if you wanted to watch together?" You asked, turning back towards her.

Mikasa smiled, sitting up as well. "Of course, I'd love to." She replied. "Let me just... Fix myself."

You chuckled as you looked at her bed hair, then nod in response, "Alright. I'll wait for you."

She yawns, stretching her arms as you watch her, then you yawn as well. She gets up from your shared bed, then walks away. 

You sat there, until you realized that you had to fix yourself as well. You stand up and quickly walk towards Mikasa, who was heading towards the bathroom.

"Wait for me!"

Both you and Mikasa sat on the roofs of the HQ, watching the sun subtly rise, and the sky turning light blue. Everybody was still asleep, with the exception of Levi, so you and Mikasa had time to be together alone.

Mikasa's arm was wrapped protectively around your waist as your head was resting on her shoulder. Every time she took a little glance at you, she couldn't help but smile. She always looked forward to these types of moments.

It was quiet; neither of you spoke, but in a very comfortable way. The sounds of the winds blowing, the grass, and the leaves dancing made everything peaceful.

A little while later, when the sun was already up, and the sky was already bright, Mikasa finally decided to speak, breaking the silence. 

"(Y/n)." She called, turning to you before you hum in response. "What is it, Mika?" You answered, facing her as well.

Her cheeks turned into a dark shade of red as she covers them with her scarf. Your lips curl into a smile, finding her shyness adorable. 

"I...I love you." She spoke softly, looking at you with love in her eyes. Your smile grew wider, leaning towards her so your noses were slightly touching. 

"I love you more." You murmured, maintaining eye contact with her. She smiled, letting go of her scarf before kissing you on the lips, her arms going back to your waist as yours went to her shoulders.

After only a few seconds, the both of you slowly pull away, looking into each other's eyes. 

She then giggled, caressing your cheek. "Let's go back before the others come to look for us."

You nodded, "Of course. Let's get going, then."

Anyway, have you guys seen the first episode of AoT season 4 part 2? Like holy shit, the whole episode was so good, and the opening was fucking amazing, as well as the ending.
