When she notices something unusual in your behavior, she would just straight up pull you into her arms and hug you.
If you start crying, she would rub your back, resting her head over yours.
Even though Mikasa isn't very good at giving affection, she tries her best to comfort you by peppering kisses all over your face and hugging you tightly.
After you feel better, she would ask you what made you feel sad and ask if you're okay. Mikasa would be sad if you are, so she doesn't like to see you upset.
