Mikasa would be devasted knowing that you had lost your sight. She knew how hard it is to see nothing and knowing that you won't be able to be in the Survey Corps with her anymore.
But she will help you and be extra protective of you. She will make sure to visit you everyday and she will reassure and comfort you that everything will be okay.
