Mikasa would stay sober so that she could take care of you in case you do something crazy.
Once you're already drunk, she would limit your alcohol to prevent you from getting any more drunk.
She doesn't really like how childish you get but a part of her does think it is adorable.
Before it gets really late, she would carry you to bed and make you sleep so that you wouldn't be drunk any longer.
If you do get sick after, she would scold you about drinking alcohol and how it could affect your health and would take care of you and excuse you from training until you feel better.
"I told you that you shouldn't have drank any alcohol last night. You should have listened to me."
