Alkali Lake
1983

Jean Grey, Scott Summers, and Kurt Wagner walk around the base and find a box. Scott frowned, "It sounds like there's an animal in there.", Jean sighed, "No, it's a man. They hurt him, and took away something important from him.", the generators shut down and the box opened. Logan bursts from the box and looked around. He was covered in medical equipment and wore only a thin pair of shorts. He looked at the three Teens and frowned, "Little Witch?", he sniffed the air and ran, taking down soldiers as he went, killing them. Alarms blared, "Still think he isn't an animal?", Jean glared at Scott and the trio followed the bulking man to a smaller box. Logan cut the locks and the door opened. Inside sat a auburn haired girl with hazel eyes. Her eyes glowed, "Wolfie.", she softly smiled, "You came.", she stood up and Logan grabbed her and pulled her close. "Come on.", and the now five people ran through the halls. The woman paused, "Raven, Hank?", Juliet looked at Logan, "Logan, friends.", he frowned and she had tears in her eyes, "What did Stryker do to you?", Jean walked forward, "I can help.", Juliet looked at the redhead and nodded, "Please. I need him.", Jean nodded and touched his temple. Pulling out parts of his pasts. He looked at Juliet, "Jules.", she smiled, "Logan. These kids need our help.", he nodded and removed the medical equipment from his body. She glanced around and found a locker. Her eyes glowed and the locker exploded. Clothes flew toward them and Logan quickly put them on. She glanced around and walked to a door. "Behind here.", Soldiers were coming their way and Juliet turned, her eyes glowed and all their hearts flew from their bodies. She turned back to the door, "Go tell them to back up. Glasses, I'll need your help.", Kurt and Jean ran up to the observation area and tried to speak but the microphone was busted but Hank got the message. "Get away from the door!", Violet and Red energy flew into the room and Raven, Hank, and Peter looked up. "Logan? Juliet?", the two enhanced mutants looked at them and Raven and Hank frowned, knowing what this meant. Stryker had hurt them. "Raven, Hank, Peter. Where is Erik and Charles?", Logan looked at her, "We need to go.", she licked her lips, "Go. You guys need to get away from Stryker. We can save Charles and Erik.", Juliet nodded, "We know a way out.", and the group ran. Juliet and Logan got them to the door and they all stood outside, "Are you sure?", they nodded, "There's a jet and suits in the spillway. Save the professor. Please. And Jean, don't be afraid of your powers. You can do this.", and the two escaped experiments ran away. "Who are they?", Raven looked at the group, "Two amazing people who faced alot of grief in their life. They've been here for 10 years. I can't imagine what they went through.", Scott and Jean frowned, "How do you know them?", Hank spoke up, "They helped us save the President in 1973. Let's go. We know where they are.", and the group quickly left and flew to where Charles and Erik were. "Why didn't we bring them with us?", Raven looked at the kids, "Because they don't know who they are and they need to find that. Juliet remembers somethings but not all of it. Besides, I have a feeling we will see them again in the future.", and the team rushed to save the professor.

Charles sighed, he was back home, along with his sister and the new XMen. Erik and Jean had rebuilt the house after the explosions that claimed Alex Summer's life. Raven looked at Charles and Erik as they observed the teens. "Guess who we found, well, the kids found.", Charles and Erik looked at her, "Logan and Juliet. Stryker had them at the same place he took us.", Erik sighed, "She was right, 10 years ago you know. If I had of just listened to her.", Charles looked at his friend and Raven squeezed his shoulder, "We can't change that now. She wanted to come with to save you two, we told her no. They'd just be to hell and back, we didn't need to send them to war.", Charles nodded and he softly smiled, "They'll be back, I'm sure.", and the other two nodded, "Use the sentinel bots for training. Just in case.", Raven nodded and went into the danger room and the doors closed behind her. "I can't convince you to stay?", Erik chuckled, "You're psychic, Charles, you can convince me of anything. Besides. There's a very lost and confused man and woman out there that need help. You do your school. I'll find Logan and Juliet. Maybe send them this way sooner than they planned for.", Charles chuckled and watched the man walk away.

Meanwhile in Colorado, Juliet found them a cabin that had been abandoned, "We can stay here for now. We need to lay low. Stryker could be looking for us.", Logan nodded and the two snuggled together, "What happened to us?", she swallowed, "I don't know, but I'm glad that girl saved us.", he nodded and kissed the top of her head, "You okay?", she softly smiled, "Are you with me?", he smiled, "Always, little witch.", and the two fell asleep, a barrier inside the house so noone could find them. Juliet's kind flashed with memories of Paris, DC, and being with people but she wouldn't leave Logan, and Logan wasn't ready for human contact yet. Whatever Stryker did to him, hurt him really bad. The thought alone made Juliet's eyes glow and she held him close. "Never again. Noone will harm you, ever again. I swear it.", and the two slept in peace for the first time in 10 years.

Charles sighed, "Still nothing?", he looked at Hank, "No. She's protecting them. I don't think she means to protect them from me but, she's stronger than she was a decade ago. Nobody will find them if she doesn't want them to be found. They'll find us, when the time is right.", and the pair left Cerebro and Charles gave up trying to find The Wolverine and the Witch. They were together, that's all that mattered. God help the poor soul that tries to tear them apart.
