With Spirit and a couple of baggage, the two took a long ride to a distant village Dream found out after the session of cross-referencing locations. Before going, the two got completely different clothes, Dream keeping the iconic green hoodie in his bag. They also got different haircuts, some makeup to give them a different skin tone, and more. After leaving, they looked like completely different people, not likely to be spotted.
After a few days of journey, pit stops and naps taken, the two finally reached the remote village. It was a little poorer than the one they were at before, the stone bricks that riddled the streets and sidewalks being more cracked and worn down. How it was still a good place, with kind residents and dozens of stores. They planned to move somewhere else in a month or so, just so they're always on the move. But, for the most part, they were safe and together.
They spent the days out, going to shops, having fun at the nearby field, and even visiting the graveyard at some points, just out of intrigue. One day, they met the local bakery owner, Niki, the business partner that Fundy ended up leaving. She was very kind, however was very reluctant to mention Fundy. She gave the boys a free meal, just as a welcoming gift for them.
Those were the duo's best days of their respective lives. While Dream hasn't told George how he still desires getting revenge on the murderers, and get nightmares of them at night, the two have been so happy together that he didn't want to spoil the fun.
"You know," George said, one night after a long day, "I want to spend every day of the rest of my life like this one: peaceful fun, and with you."
"Stop getting all sappy on me George," Dream said in response, teasing him. The two chuckled, and then wished each other good night.
