Arya.
"Come on Daniel please!" I begged. Daniel gave me a hard stare before answering in his stern alpha voice.
"No." He grunted. I groaned in annoyance, he was being ridiculous.
"Pleeease!" I pouted giving him my best puppy dog eyes.
"Not gonna happen. Not gonna work this time baby."
"Pleeeeease!"
"I said no."
"Pretty please!"
"Arya..." Daniel warned.
"Pretty pretty preeeettty please with rainbows and sunshine and unicorns on top?!" I crawled into Daniel's lap and wrapped my arms around his neck kissing him softly. Daniel tensed for a moment as I left a trail of soft kisses down his neck. Daniel sighed in defeat wrapping his arms around my waist.
"Fine, fine you can go. But if anything and I mean anything happens. You tell me and the guys are going to be fucking mounted on the wall for letting you get hurt." Daniel growled. I rolled my eyes at him, always so over protective.
"Nothing is going to happen dude! We'll take good care of her!" Jeremy chimed in from the top of the basement stairs.
"If she doesn't come back in one piece it will be your fucking head Jerm!" Daniel yelled up the basement stairs.
We had been in Alaska for almost a month and despite having the beach, a mansion and a ton of land I was beginning to get cabin fever. Once a week the boys go into to town and grab some supplies. Usually Daniel and I stayed at home and worked in the basement. But not this time, I wanted to go into town. I had begged Daniel to take me into town when we first moved here and he refused saying it was too dangerous for me. As if I'm some fragile porcelain doll. Ever since Daniel marked me our mating bond had doubled in strength. Every time he is near me by body erupts into pleasurable sparks. Although we haven't had sex yet it's pretty obvious he is having a difficult time keeping his wolf at bay. There are days where Daniel will storm over to me and just toss me onto the closest surface and start kissing me like it's the last time he'll kiss me. It got pretty close one time, we were on top of the pool table in the living room. Peter walked in right as Daniel ripped my tshirt to shreds. After about ten minutes of Peter panicking, Daniel yelling and me laughing hysterically we had a family meeting to determine that Daniel can't just "mount me" as Jeremy put it, wherever he felt like it.
Everything about living with the guys was absolutely perfect. After a week of Peter's cooking I finally convinced them to let me make all of the meals. No offense to the guys but their knowledge of cooking only extends to grilling and preheating the oven for bagel bites. Every morning we'd eat breakfast together, usually after breakfast Jeremy and Peter would leave to go make a couple deals. Everything took three hours longer in Alaska because everything was so remote. They'd be gone most of the day. After the first week, Daniel had started taking me into the basement to help him work. He would show me his strains of marijuana he created. Explained the difference between indica strains and sativa strains, it was actually incredible how much he knew. When I first saw the basement I had though he was an illegal drug kingpin but I was actually wrong. Well, not entirely Daniel did traffic illegal weapons and some weed. But the majority of the weed he grew went to dispensaries, patients and other caregivers. Daniel was a caregiver, which meant he had a license to legally grow and sell to medical marijuana patients. Daniel has saved lives. Apparently his friend Kane's wife was human. She had been battling cancer for years. Daniel spent two months creating strain for her specific pains and started growing it for her. Last year they celebrated her miracle recovery. Daniel had helped countless people across the country, including an anorexic teenage girl who was eighty five pounds, withering away in a hospice. Knowing all of the good Daniel had put out into the world made me love him a hundred times more than I already did. Daniel was living proof that no matter what hole you have to crawl out of you can bring sunshine into your world if you try hard enough.
