I roll over in bed, my arm flopping onto Kai's side of the bed.

I think I just accidentally hit him in the face.

I feel a hand wrap around my wrist, and suddenly Kai's on top of me, his body falling in the space in between my legs. He has my wrist pinned above my head, and his other hand is around my throat. He has a smirk on his face.

"Choosing violence now, are we, princess?" He asks in a joking tone. His hand lowers from my throat, traveling down my body.

The numbness is still evident between my legs, but it doesn't hurt as much as I thought it would.

I feel Kai's hand play with the waistband of my underwear before slipping his hand under them. I flinch when I feel the cold metal of his rings touch my sensitive heat.

"Still sore, aren't you, baby?" Kai asks. I don't answer, whimpering as he begins to slide his fingers against my nerves.

His hand that was holding my wrists comes down to my throat, gripping it hard enough for me to gasp for air.

"Answer me when I'm fucking talking to you." He growls.

Holy shit.

I make eye contact with him, and he raises his eyebrows.

"Fuck. Yes, I'm still sore." I manage to respond. Kai smirks.

"That's all you had to say, angel." He replies before pulling his from out of my underwear.

He brings his fingers up to his mouth, licking them, and I don't think I'll ever not want to pass out at the sight. I let out a whine when he pulls away his fingers, though. I may be sore, but I hate it when he's a fucking tease.

"Don't whine, princess. I'll fuck you like the little whore you are later. You're too sore right now." He whispers.

Fuck.

Kai rolls off of me to get off the bed. He pulls the covers off of me and extends his arm.

"C'mon, baby, let me make you breakfast." He says quietly. I sit up on the bed and scoot over to Kai.

I'm about to hop off the bed when Kai grabs me, wrapping my legs around his waist as he carries me out of the bedroom. I wrap my arms around his neck and nuzzle my face near his as he takes me to the kitchen.

He sets me on the counter next to the sink and walks to the fridge, grabbing a few things before going to the oven.

Yep, he's making his classic waffles.

After he puts everything on a pan, he walks back over to me, putting his hand on either side of the counter by me, trapping me.

"We need to talk, angel." He whispers, leaning towards me to give me a quick kiss. I can feel myself become nervous and scared over what might happen next.

What did I do?

Kai grabs my face with hands, cupping my cheeks.

"Elle, calm down. It's a good talk." He reassures me. I let out a sigh of relief.

"I wanted to talk about our wedding." Kai states.

We've had so much piled on top of us between the time that he proposed and now that we haven't had one second to think about us getting married.

Kai traces my lips with his thumb.

"I always planned to do something big and beautiful, but I know you feel better with smaller things. Hell, we could just go to city hall and get a piece of paper. It doesn't have to be normal because we're not normal. I just wanted to know what you like, so we can agree on things such as the location, the theme, and the cake. Unless you want cupcakes. I'm down for anything as long as it's sweet." Kai explains. I giggle.
