Ever since the village of Sundres became his "home," life faired mostly normal for Shej. And why wouldn't it? It was an unbalanced world in favor of the men and their Sources, a world where Taboos...the women born with magic...would be glared upon a...
He fixed the buttons on his shirt and tucked it neatly into his pants, looking into the mirror to make sure his hair wasn't flying around wildly.
"Cerno said they are serving steak and...aww, you're not going as Yaya?"
Shej chuckled, trying to let the name grow on him again. "I've had all the being a woman I can handle for today. Plus, bras and panties suck when you're not used to them. Baby steps."
Leena grinned. "You could always go commando."
"Funny. Anyway," he turned and picked up a small envelop from the vanity, "speaking of baby steps," he grinned, holding up the envelop for Leena. She could instantly tell it was a letter from her brother.

He kissed her neck and as a thought hit him, he ran his hands down her front side and between her legs, "And with that said, no other woman is allowed to touch you either. Your moans are mine and mine alone."

"If you want to call it that. I call it protecting what's mine."
"I remember you saying once that when we finally found our freedom, you wanted me to have a chance at a 'real' husband. While I never intended to find anyone else, I'm very happy that you've changed your mind. You're as real as any."
