I had gotten back from my night patrol and I heard a soft ping on my phone. I opened it to find a message from one of my problem children. Now why would bakugo katsuki of all people text me so early in the morning? It was like 5 AM and I knew for a fact that he wouldn't bother texting anyone till at least 7.
I opened the message and read it a couple times before his message registered in my head. "we need to talk. Meet me behind the school with mic sensei after classes today"
I was kinda confused.
First off, how did that problem child know hizashi was with me??? Did he know we were married??? I though we were completely subtle about it!! Well at least he won't blab about it to his classmates.
Second, why would he want to meet us of all people? And why behind the school? Why was he being secretive and why did he leave out a ton of details?
I called Hizashi out from his room and read the message over to him. Even though we were both majorly confused, we decided we'd see why Bakugo wanted to talk to us.
Maybe we were just over thinking it and he just wanted help with some homework or training. _________________
Hizashi pov:
When Sho told me that the little listener wanted to talk to us, let's just say say me being confused was an understatement.
During class today he seemed very agitated and lost in thought. He's usually more lively and explosive. Sho mentioned to me on numerous occasions that he never acted like that. But today he seemed more trouble than pissed off. It probably has something to do with the text message he sent.
I sighed and went back to teaching English in the hopes of peeling everyone's attention off him.
Even though everyone was mostly concentrating on my lesson again, I noticed Midoriya and Kirishima looking at Bakugo and sharing worried looks every once in a while. It really got me wondering what was so bad that even the happiest kids in my class were frowning with worry.
After class, just as I was leaving the room, I saw Midoriya and Kirishima corner bakugo and question him. I tried to listen in but they were far too quiet which made it even worse because I was deaf. I tried to increase the volume on my hearing aids but to no avail.
Well, I'll just have to wait till the end of the day to see what's happening. _________________
Hizashi pov:
At the end of the day I rushed quickly behind the school to find that Sho was already there. He had a very worried look on his face and looked like he was trying to piece everything together. It made sense since I was very worried too. It wasn't like Bakugo to randomly send a message and then be out of it the whole day long. I told Sho about what I observed in his behaviour and he told me that he noticed it too.
While we were discussing it, we hear a shuffling of footsteps and turned around to see bakugo behind us, panting as if he'd run a marathon.
He looked us dead in the eye and said
"this is going to sound crazy but I think I need your help" .
