Shuken: Eh, pssst. Yuron?

Yuron: What?!

Shuken: I saw something move in the mist.

Yuron: Shuken, this is no time for jokes.

Shuken: I am not playing around. What do you think it was?

Yuron: Maybe it was only the leaves moving in the wind.

Shuken: Huh, I do not know. I will go check it out.

Yuron places his cap over his face and takes a nap. Shuken walks around his guard post and looks around the cemetery. There should not be anyone loitering about in the dead of the night. Shuken hears steady footsteps approach him.

Keru: (with a wide grin) Shhh. Do not be afraid. I was only passing through.

Shuken: Phew. You gave me a fright for a brief moment there...er- and who are you?

Keru: The name is Keru. I promise you that I will not bother you any more.

Shuken: Oh, that is fine- really. In this place even my own shadow scares the life out of me.

Keru's eyes start glowing red. His whole body changed right before Shuken's very eyes.

Shuken: I should have taken that job as a castle guard instead.

Keru bit off Shuken's head and flew away with the rest of his victim's body. Now that he was in a new body, his appetite was greater than before. The children in the village cottages would not be enough to satisfy his hunger.

After several hours, Yuron woke up from his nap. Shuken still was not back from his single curious searching walk. It was almost morning. Something must have happened to Shuken. Or he decided to call it a night and go home.

Yuron: Shuken? Shuken!? If you think hiding is funny- hmm, well...it's not.

Yuron wondered what could have happened to Shuken. He walked further towards the path beside the grand-scale tombstones. When he turned around, there next to one of the graveyards was a head without a body. It looked like a terrifying murder scene. Yuron moved closer and the minute he saw the eyes of Shuken staring right at him- he screamed.

Heru: Thanks for coming to notify me about Shuken. I am so sorry for your loss Yuron.

Vanessa: I thought he was gone. How did he survive the light blast?

Heru: I think some part of him could have simply found a new host.

Vanessa: O- you have got to be kidding me. Seriously?

Yuron: (sniffs) You have to kill him & make sure that nothing remains.

Vanessa: You're right Yuron. Keru will be stopped.

Heru: I know. He always slips through my fingers.

Vanessa: The next time we face him, we shall make sure that he has no way to live on.

Yuron: Thank you.

As Yuron stepped out of Heru's cottage. He did not notice his shadow split into two. Keru had disguised himself and moved as Yuron's shadow. Now he knew what Vanessa's and Heru's next move/plan was.

Keru knew what he had to do next too. He was not going to let Vanessa and his golden brother end his life. Those two had become so greatly irritating. They could not let him enjoy his own life. How rude.
