it was early in the morning yet your loud voice echoed throughout the hotel.
“FUCK NO!”
charlie stared worriedly at you, confused as to why you were in such a bad mood and shouting first thing in the morning.
“NOOOOO!”
finally, vaggie had enough of it, “can you shut up?! what the hell is wrong with you?!”
you stopped and looked at the shorter for a while before you let out a dramatic groan. she furrowed her eyebrows in annoyance as you pointed towards a certain deer demon.
alastor sat all alone on a couch, eyes staring at the air, deep in thought. what worried you was he was frowning. he was frowning.
and you didn't like it when he was frowning. you didn't like it one bit. it was just so out of his character that it made you feel like something was very much off. like, some huge catastrophe would come.
you quietly made your way behind the couch and placed your elbows on top of the back rest, your palms squeezing your cheeks together.
“hey, al.” you greeted quietly, not really wanting to anger him or anything if you were loud.
“you okay, deer?” you asked, mimicking him but replacing the word ‘dear’ with ‘deer’ instead.
he remained silent. and that was a big no for you.
“should i get you some jambalaya?” you suggested, “oh, how about venison?”
he raised an eyebrow at your efforts to try and cheer him up.
“then, how about we prank angel for the whole day today and get some jambalaya and venison after?” you smiled at him.
“that does sound quite entertaining.” he spoke. finally.
you were more than delighted at that. you excitedly took his hand and led him to start your plans.
if it was someone else, they would've had their heads blown off. but it was you, and alastor was fine as long as it was you.
you were one of his biggest reasons to smile.
and how you were oblivious to how he purposely acted like that to earn your attention.
