Reconditioning

You head inside with Bucky.
"I'm going to grab some food, want to join me?"
"Errr of course, but I'm just going to get a shower and change. Meet you down there?"
"Sure, i will start making us something"
You put on some music, and start to cook some food.
You hear a loud high pitched noise through the speakers, it fills the room. You put your hands to your ears, you can barely move it pains your head.
Suddenly the noise stops.
A voice comes through "
"Avengers, you have something of ours" the high pitched noise starts again
Throughout the tower the team start coming together, heading to the lab. Tony rushes out of his room, bumping into Steve
"Where is she?" "Hunter? where is she?!"
"I don't know"
"We need to find her, now!!" Tony starts to panic, rushing around the tower.
He bumps into Bucky
"Do you know where Hunter is?"
"We want it back"
"Yes, shes in the kitchen" Bucky and Tony run to the kitchen. You're on the floor holding your head
"Longing"
You hear the word, you start screaming.
"Bucky" Tony shouts "take her to the basement theres a room, get her in there as soon as you can and keep her there! Don't let anyone in and don't let her out"
"rusted"
Tears start streaming down your face
"And hold her ears, don't let her hear these words"
"seventeen"
Bucky picks you up, pushing one side of your head into him as he cradles the other with his arm. He runs down to the basement
"daybreak"
Steve runs into Tony again
"Did you find her? I can't find her"
"Yes Bucky has her, he's taking her to the basement"
"Mr Stark, whats happening" Peter runs in
"They want Agent Hunter, we thought they wanted to kill her, seems like they want her back"
"And these words?"
The high pitch noise fills the tower again, everyone covers their ears
"They're her trigger words, they're trying to recondition her" " we need to hope Bucky gets her to the room before she hears too many"
"What do we do Mr Stark"
"Suit up! Its time to fight"
"furnace"
Bucky gets you to the basement
"Hold your ears H, hold them" he shouts at you. You've stopped screaming.
He's trying to get the door open, he looks at you. Your eyes are fading to grey. The ground starts to shake. "H listen to me, they're trying to take over you again, your stronger than this, remember your training!, H please! Cover your ears!" The door opens, he grabs you and pushes you inside, quickly closing the door behind you. You bang on the glass, Bucky slides down "I'm sorry H, I'm sorry"
"nine"
Tony gets to his lab and manages to shut down the speakers, deafening silence fills the tower.
The team walk into the lab.
Tony gives them direct instructions of what to do, "i will join you in a minute"
"where are you going?" Thor asks
"To check on Agent Hunter"
Tony rushes into the basement and sees Bucky sitting on the floor
"How is she!?"
"Her eyes Tony, her eyes were turning grey"
"I don't think i got her down here in time"
Tony doesn't answer, he runs to the glass! He sees you sitting with your head in your hands
He turns on the intercom "Arielle"
Bucky looks up at him questionably
"Arielle, listen to me! We will end this. i will keep you safe, we will keep you safe"
You raise your head.
"Arielle"
He puts his hand on the glass
"I promise"
He turns to Bucky, "her eyes are still blue, faded but still blue, she's still with us, make sure shes ok, i will be back later"
"You don't need me up there?"
"We do, but she needs you more"
He nods "good luck Tony"
You watch Tony leave, then suddenly pain sores through your body, You hold your chest, you start to scream and cry out in pain. Bucky can't hear you. You bang on the glass trying to get his attention. The pain increases, it's travelling through your head.
"BUCKY" you're screaming and screaming
He finally turns around, tears streaming down your face
He scrambles up and pushes the intercom
"H?"
"BUCKY!! Help me please"
"What is it H"
"BUCKY JUST HELP ME, PLEASE"
"I cant, i cant let you out here H, please, it will be ok"
You scream "BUCKY PLEASE HELP
ME"
he puts his hands and forehead on the glass, you see him mouth I'm sorry.
The pain is unbearable, you look at him in the eyes, "please, please"
You see tears form in his eyes.
"I cant stand this" he says
He unlocks the door
"He didn't say i couldn't come in"
"Im here H, I'm here"
He walks over to you, you grab his arm, your eyes turn grey.
"H what are you doing? H its me! Its Bucky"
You squeeze tighter, you feel him falling to the floor, he's trying so hard to pull you off him but he's getting weaker and weaker, you feel yourself getting stronger. You let go, leaving Bucky lifeless on the floor. You lock the door behind you.
