"I saw you you know" Tony turns around, nat has followed him to his lab
"And what did you see?"
"You and Agent Hunter"
He looks at her.
"Its none of my business, but...."
"You're right it isn't" he snaps
"Tony, please"
"Fine, carry on" he continues to work
"But, you could get hurt Tony" "she is part of the team, she has to stay around, she will become a huge asset to us, could you bare that if she breaks your heart"

"I know you like her, i don't know how much, but she isn't who she will be soon, you know that better than all of us, she will change"
"Exactly" Tony replies "she will change, she will learn happiness, she will learn what its like to feel safe, she will learn to be loved and to love, and i will help her through every second"
"And what if she doesn't? you're thinking with your heart Tony and not your head, thats not the Tony Stark we know"
"Theres something about her Nat, i don't know what but I'm drawn to her, she kissed me you know, theres something there, i just need to help bring it out"

"Don't you think I've thought of that, don't you think it hurts me to think shes with the other guys, who knows when, maybe even developing emotions she doesn't realise or understand, i have to do this to either get her or let her go Nat. If it isn't me, then aslong as she's happy and isn't drowning in this emotionless life, then i will be fine"

"Well i hope for your sake, she quickly sees how much she means to you and falls in love with you Tony, you deserve it"
