"And cut! Let's reset for the next scene." A director called out as Katya walked through the set.
She wasn't filming today, in fact she had been avoiding scheduling herself for shoots at all. It wasn't great for business, especially not because she was their biggest star, but she just couldn't get herself to agree to sleeping with someone else again. She wanted to be between Trixie's thick thighs, but she knew those days were likely gone for good.
It was a shame tho, aside from her own infatuation with the doll, Trixie also deserved better than her own company. Katya still couldn't understand why the girl stayed with them, especially knowing that every company in the business wanted Trixie under their roster.
"Is it going good?" Katya asked Ron.
"Yeah, new girl is a little tense, but I think it will turn out okay. Jeff's letting her play into her nerves rather than cover them up, so it's gonna be fine I think." The man replied as he re-positioned the cameras and checked the frame on the monitor.
"Good, keep it up. Let's get this thing wrapped today."
"Oh by the way Kat, how's it going with the one-who-got-away?" Ron teased. It was a nickname he'd been using for Trixie ever since he saw how the girl had ignored his friend's advances.
"Fuck off, and please get all the way off my back."
"So you didn't text her yet then?" Ron replied.
"I'm going to! I'm just- I'm waiting for the right time. Now, get back to filming." Katya said before storming off to her office, leaving an amused Ron behind.
Katya had tried to text the girl, for weeks actually. But every time that she had managed to type out a message she'd panic and start from scratch again. She sat down in her office chair and pulled out her phone, once again attempting to break through her wall of fear.
"Hi Trixie... no... Hey, what's up... ew no... I've missed you... nope, too cheesy.." She mumbled as she wrote words only to delete them again. Suddenly her phone pinged, alerting her that a message had been received.
1 new message from Trixie
hey, would you wanna meet for coffee tomorrow?
Katya stared at the text with wide eyes, closing and re-opening the app multiple times to make sure that it was actually real.
Trixie had reached out.
Trixie wanted to meet up.
Trixie wanted to see her.
"Yeah, I'd love t... nope, that's too desperate." Katya said to herself as she tried to come up with a reply.
sure, where do you wanna meet?
Good enough, Katya thought, at least it was casual enough to not make it seem as if she was getting her hopes up too much. She didn't know if it was just coffee, of if it was something else, and she refused to embarrass herself by reading too much into it.
there's a cute little place not far from your company called Summer of Love, maybe there?
Katya knew the place well, loving it for it's wacky decor and vintage feel. It was a strange mess of a place, but that was what made it perfect. They were both perfect messes so what could be more fitting?
that sounds good 😊
meet you at noon?yeah, i'll see you then
Katya felt like a schoolgirl, a stupid grin on her face as she held her phone to her chest. She was seeing Trixie, they were meeting because Trixie had wanted to, and things could not be better.
"Yeah, I'll see you then, Trixie." She whispered to herself, her smile not dropping for a second.
