*Sokka POV*

I ran to the dorm number as soon as I heard what Aang said. I needed to check out these roommates. Just protective older brother stuff. Move along. I burst into the room and see three girls sitting there.

"Hey, weird dude, don't come bursting into our dorm randomly," The girl on the top bunk says. I look up at her. She's pointing to a poster? Oh. OH. I've been being disrespectful. I should have said they. That makes sense. Aang did say they when talking about a Nebula. I look around and see Katara on the single bed. Damn. That was accidental, I'm sure.

"Yeah, Sokka. What are you even doing here?" Katara looks up from her phone.

"HA! I told you Sugar Queen would end up bringing her boyfriend to the dorm!" the girl on the bottom bunk said. I turned bright red.

"ARE YOU CONDONING INCEST?" I screamed at her. Her face all of a sudden twisted into surprise.

"YOU'RE SIBLINGS! My bad," she picked up her phone and the screen reader continued talking.

"Toph! What are you even doing here Sokka?" Katara looked at me.

"Just doing my job as big brother. You have an incest condoner and a cool person as roommates," I say matter of factly. And I get hit in the head with a rock.

"It's not my fault I couldn't see the resemblance. I'm blind Captain Boomerang," I get pelted with rocks. Nebula giggles, causing the blind earthbender to pelt harder. I ran out of the room before I got a concussion.

"YEAH! Good job Toph," I hear Katara yell. Betrayal. I shake my head and head back to my dorm.

I walk in and see that Aang is asleep. Zuko is gone, probably in the washroom or something. I was about to go to sleep when I hear Aang whine. What? I go up to his bunk and see that he is shaking and tears are running down his face. He's clinging to the blanket like it's his lifeline. I look at his eyes and see that I was right about the concealer. It's kinda weird seeing him like this. I got used to his happy-go-lucky attitude, and he looks like he's been ripped to shreds. It's wrong. I shake him awake. He jumps up and airbends at me. But he's still half asleep so it's not strong. He blinks his eyes.

"S-Sokka?" He looks at me and realization crosses over his face. "Umm, I'm fine. Don't worry about it," He looks away. Usually, after someone has a nightmare, they cling to the closest person. Why would he not want me to worry?

"Hey, it's okay. I worry because it's concerning to see a person in the middle of a nightmare," I was trying to comfort him, but he just stays silent. He looks down.

"You don't need to worry about me. I'll be fine," I realize that this isn't the first time he's had nightmares. But he's not going to listen to me. Whatever happened, he must be used to dealing with it alone. I'll try again tomorrow. I climb down. But it suddenly hits me that he must have these a lot. If it's anything like what happened to Katara after she saw our mom like that, he won't sleep for the rest of the night. Maybe I shouldn't wake him up. That nightmare might be all the sleep he gets tonight. Now I feel really bad.
