Together we walked inside and instead of going to the front desk Kol led us straight to the elevator. The secretary working behind the front desk gave a thumbs up to Kol and began speaking into a ear piece. I stole a glance at Kol to watch him.

He was a confident man, too confident. I don't think he's ever really been told no, to anything. The man standing in front of me was beautiful but arrogant. Don't get me wrong he was nice, and could be thoughtful but he shows a dominance that I'm sure I'm gonna allow him to keep over me.

Seeing the top floor glowing I staring curiously at Kol who was calm. He didn't have a care in the world and it was.. electrifying. He wasn't even worried about the security guards that we're probably already waiting to throw us out.

That's when it dawned on me. We're gonna be thrown out before I ever even start my classes. If my school finds out I was thrown out of Donna's home office what does that say about my career in fashion school? I can't be thrown out of here and then show my face there. The humiliation!

"Kol listen we should leave. You didn't even go to the front desk and I don't think we should be here."

"Davina, stop. You're giving me a headache," he rubbed his temples not looking at me and I stared at him further. I was the problem? He wasn't even worried about the fact we could get kicked out of here or worse! Donna writes an awful story on Kol and myself after we get thrown out of here. The story hits the magazines I'm kicked out of fashion school forced to return home as a failure. Oh no this cannot happen.

"Kol we have to leave-"

"Davina! Enough I said it's fine!" Kol snapped at me causing me to cut my words off short. Sighing Kol steps out of the opening elevator with me following.

No one giving us a second glance was enough to make me question why everyone here seemed to know Kol. My real curiosity is why security hasn't thrown us our. Surely if Donna is as big as she claims to be then wouldn't her security have thrown us out? Doesn't she fear people like Kol and myself walking into her home office like it's nothing?

Kol opened and held a door to another room for me and I walked through. Letting a gasp escape my lips I slowly walk to the rack of art sitting in front of me.

Her designs are here. Her entire fashion fall lineup. This is it. The pieces were beautiful and the fabric was amazing. Taking a sleeve of one of the dresses in my hand I sighed feeling the beautiful material. To work with clothes like these everyday I thought in bliss.

The sound of heels behind me captured my attention and I felt myself turning around. In the room walked a woman who looked a little like Kol. They greeted each other and I watched the scene unfold. Kol's face lit up upon seeing the woman and I couldn't help the smile that had creeped onto my face. He looked happy. It didn't last long though as another look took his face.

He seems angry, annoyed almost. The woman put her hand on Kol's arm in an attempt to calm him down but it wasn't working. She had delivered some news that he didn't look like he was taking well. Not having time to think anything else I heard someone greet me from behind.

"Hello there. My name is Klaus, who might you be?" Giving him a friendly wave I walked closer to the man. Offering him a hand to shake I found myself stealing looks to Kol.

"Hello I'm D-"

"Davina? Yes I've heard. I've also heard you're new to the city?" He cut me off and I nodded my head answering his question, "Well you don't mind if I steal my brother for a chat do you? It shan't be long but please do look around and the pieces here. Kol mentioned you'd like to fill your new room a little more. Take whatever you'd like my treat to you!" He smiled at me and gestured to the items in the room and left me standing there.
