Something doesn't feel right... but what is it? Maybe it's the fact that there's an empty feeling in the room or maybe because the only thing you were hugging was the stuffed dragon Rogue "won" for you at the beach's amusement park. Something just didn't feel right.
"Rogue?" You lightly whisper without turning around. There was no answer, not even movement. "Rogue?" You ask again, this time turning around to see that no one was there.
You get up, but when you do you feel something coming up, almost like a few nights ago. You were talking with Rogue and when you headed to bed, you almost fell over and puked. It was kind of like that now, but worse, a lot worse.
You wrap your huge blanket around your body and shuffle your way to the kitchen. You look at the fridge and see a note next to the dent Rogue caused after your fight. Yeah, there were at least three dents now in the apartment because of that fight.
You grab the note and read aloud to yourself. "To my beautiful fiance, Frosch and I went out on a quick mission and won't be back till later tomorrow. I asked Sting to check on you from time to time. You didn't look too good when I left, so I hope you're doing okay. Drink lots of water and rest. I'll see you soon. Love, Rogue and Frosch." You blush at how cheesy he sounded on paper. You also giggled when you saw a little paw print from Frosch on the paper.
Of course, completely ignoring everything Rogue told you to do, you decide to get changed and clean. You opened the porch doors to let in some nice fresh air and bright sunlight. You thought it might help you breath and relax. You didn't put too much on your plate of course. You just cleaned the kitchen and started the laundry. Luckily you finished the kitchen without feeling sick and you got all the laundry out to fold. You were feeling completely fine. Sort of...
Just as you were in the living room folding the small mountain of clothes on the gound, you felt something come up. You hold your hand over your mouth and grab the couch's arm to get up. You quickly run to the bathroom, knocking a few folded clothes down. It was worth it if it meant getting to the bathroom in time. Thankfully you did, letting out the last of yesterday's dinner.
Your head stayed by the toilet for a good 20 minutes. You didn't even bother to get up. All your energy vanished as you sat there, releasing all of your no longer wanted food. You wished that Rogue was there, but no, he was out on a job and wouldn't be back till tomorrow. LATE tomorrow.
"(Y/N)?" You suddenly hear your front door open and hear Sting shouting throughout the apartment.
"(Y/N), are you in here?" You hear Lector too.
Trying to hide the fact that you were sick as a dog, you flush the toilet and quickly close the door. Sting got to the door before you, holding it so you couldn't close it. "(Y/N), what's wrong?" Lector asks throuogh the door.
You were struggling and trying to close the door, but since all your energy was gone, Sting managed to open the door easily. "(Y/N)?" You give up and sit so your back was against the wall. "(Y/N), what's wrong with you?" Sting asks, crouching down next to you.
You bring your kness up to your chest and set your elbows on them. You tangle your fingerd in your hair, trying to cool off for a second. "I don't know. I thought it was nothing, but it's been getting worse and worse. It hasn't been like this for the past few days, and it felt perfectly fine this morning, but I guess my stomach just hates me."
Sting's eyes were wide. "That doesn't sound good. Maybe we need to take you to the hospital." Sting starts to grab your arm and pull you.up, but you resist and push him away.
"No way. I'm perfectly fine okay." You get up on your own and head to the living room.
Your attempt to show Sting you were fine failed, basically when you needed to puke again and pushed him out of the way to get there. "That doesn't look good (Y/N). We probably should take you to the hospital." Lector suggests.
