Chapter 14 - The Grand Magic Games (4)

GRAND MAGIC GAMES DAY 3

Today's competition was called Pandemonium. It was suppose to be where everyone goes inside and defeats monsters, but the Fairy Tail mage Erza Scarlet defeated them all. She was an amazing wizard. She beat them left and right, some with only one slash of her sword.

Sadly, for everyone else, they had to use an MPF. The kitty was doing great with her 300 until Orga and Jura tried it. She was so happy too, it sucks that Orga and the rest had to ruin her fun. The best by far was Cana Alberona, from Fairy Tail. Her move, Fairy Glitter, was beautiful and amazing. The thing that probably surprised you most was her drinking habit.

Now, the battles. It turns out that Fairy Tail's Laxus was fighting the whole Raven Tail guild. You had no idea the Laxus was that strong as well. Each and every Fairy Tail member was surprising you each day. Especially the small dragon slayer girl, Wendy Marvell. She was small, but she had the fighting spirit of ten men.

Each wizard here was great and powerful in their own way. Sometimes you wish that you were just as powerful.

GRAND MAGIC GAMES DAY 4

You were sitting in the stands waiting for the competition of the day to start. 'Naval battle...'  You thought about all the opponents against your lady, Minerva.

Lucy Heartfilia of Fairy Tail A was good, but not strong enough against Minerva. Sure she was okay with her ability to summon two spirits, but in a fist to fist combat against lady Minerva, she would most likely be beaten to a pulp.

Juvia Lockser of Fairy Tail B seemed like a good opponent. Her water magic was in her favor for this fight, but she was still never going to beat lady Minerva. Juvia seemed very... distracted. Probably by the ice mage.

Jenny of Blue Pegasus was not even worth talking about. Her swimsuits could do all the talking for her. The same goes for the man of Quatro Puppy, the only male in the competition. The gravity shifter of Mermaid Heel seemed average along with the sky god slayer from Lamia Scale.

You knew lady Minerva well. She was very strong, in fact she was the strongest in the whole Sabertooth guild. She could easily beat them all in one move. She could just teleport them all outside the bubble of water. But no, she wanted to have fun with it.

You see the fight go on until you notice lady Minerva teleport Juvia out of the sphere. No one knew it was her though, they thought it was just the water mage being distracted by the ice mage of Fairy Tail.

Then there it was. The sight of Minerva beating Lucy to death was saddening. 'Poor Lucy.'  You would know. You've felt Minerva's punches before.

Then that was it. Minerva was dangling Lucy by her throat outside the sphere. You had heard Minerva talking about showing Fairy Tail something with Lucy's body, and now they know.

Without warning, Minerva drops Lucy, but luckily her friends from Fairy Tail go to catch her. Natsu, Erza, and the ice mage, Gray Fullbuster, stand to face Minerva, but in their way was Sting, Rufus, and Orga. 'Where's Rogue?'  You look towards their booth and see that he's still there. He looks away uninterested in fighting against the mages of Fairy Tail. You were thankful he didn't cheer with the rest in Lucy's torture. 'At least he's not blood thirsty like Sting.'  You thought to yourself.

They all looked like they were going to fight, but Erza Scarlet stopped them. You sigh and relax. 'Thank goodness.'

You didn't want your guild to be caught up in any more fights. Sure, master Jiemma would be more than happy if Sabertooth kicked their butts in front of everyone, but you didn't want anyone getting hurt. Especially your comrades.
