Chapter 19 - A Trip To The Beach! (1)

"The beach?"

Yukino nods her head in excitement. "Yep. Lucy said that we should all go to the beach with her and her friends."

You sigh and rubs your eyes with your hand. "But, why the beach?"

Yukino grabs your arm and tugs on it. "Come on it'll be fun. Plus you can see Rogue shirtless."

"Not interested." Rogue speaks pretty bluntly.

Sting enters into the conversation. "Why not? We haven't seen the Fairy Tail guys in a while. Who knows, it might be fun."

Rogue crosses his arms and sighs. "If I wanted to see the Fairy Tail members, I would just go visit them. Also, if I wanted (Y/N) to see me shirtless, then I would just show her at home." You choke on your drink with a red face and almost cough your own lungs out. Sting's face looked mildly pissed, but not as pissed as it should have been. "I shouldn't have to go to a hot sandy beach to do it."

You weren't too fond of the idea either. To be honest, you were scared of the ocean. Of course, you can swim! You just hated the thought of sharks, monsters, and sea monsters; then there was jellyfish. Those suckers come out of nowhere. You didn't feel like being armless just for a swim and definitely didn't feel like being stung for a splash.

"I don't think I can go, I'm a busy person you know!" You laugh stupidly and wave your hands. "I have some stuff I need to take care of."

Sting smack his hand down on the table next to you. "Don't care. As the master of Sabertooth, I'm making both of you go!" He chuckles knowing he's won this battle.

Yukino pats your back. "Don't worry (Y/N), it'll only be for a few days and you'll love everyone in Fairy Tail!"

"I understand why Orga is here, but why are you coming too?" You ask with an annoyed tone towards Rufus. You liked Rufus and all, but after your drunk night, you two have been fighting non stop.

"I like the beach, unlike some scaredy-cats." Rufus mocks you as he reads his book. He was in the next seats across the aisle from you; Orag sat across from him, conversing with you guys too.

"I'm not scared of some water!" You denied. "And you should learn to shut up. Dog." You spit back.

Rufus was offended and frankly a little pissed. "I told you, I'm not a dog!"

You take a glance and look up and down. "Nope, you still look like a dog to me." You put your hands on your head, imitating dog ears. "Woof!" You smirk as he just sighs and continues to read his book.

"Will you two please stop fighting? We've still got a half an hour to go..." Sting moans, trying to deal with his motion sickness and your fighting at the same time. It got so bad that his face turned purple and he continuously held his stomach.

"Yes master." You both sigh in unison.

You all were currently taking the train to meet Fairy Tail at the beach. Rogue sat to your left and Sting and Yukino sat across you with Lector and Frosch in between you guys.

"So, how's the relationship between you two?" Yukino asks. You guessed she didn't know the part where Sting was super pissed about the relationship thing. In fact, it seemed like she was just asking to make conversation.

Just after she asked that, Sting turned his head away to look out the window. "It's fine." Rogue tries to deal with the motion sickness too, but found it rather difficult to keep a conversation going.

Yukino smiles. "That's good." You both nod in unison and continue to silence.

"(Y/N), why didn't you want to go to the beach?" She asks.
