Red Like Ruby (Mostly RubyxDyrroth)

New Valentines Skin Part 2

Ruby slashed her scythe creating a shockwave that collided against her assaulter, Brody who tried hitting her back with the beams of his cursed arm but she expertly dodged them. She noticed two of his comrades approaching them from the side so she immediately bolted knowing that she can't take all of them by herself. Her HP was reduced to half by Brody's Ulti so they chased her to finish her off. 

"Now." she said and Carmilla emerged from the bush already activating her second skill before stunning Brody. Ruby immediately wielded her scythe to stun his companions before grabbing them all with her hook. Cecilion attacked them from a distance and before they even knew it Dyrroth was already behind her, activating his Abysm strike and finishing off their opponents. 

Once their enemies fell to the ground, the four immediately attacked the Lord before their enemies resurrected. Their marksman, Granger, finally respawned and accompanied the Lord as they cleared up the lanes and finished up the other turrets. 

Ruby went to aid Granger as she saw Benedetta approaching him. Dyrroth is busy pushing the mid-lane while the vampire couple is already fighting Yve, the astrowarden. 

Ruby blocked Benedetta's blade from hitting Granger before slashing at her with her scythe but the assassin was swift on her feet to evade her attack. The marksman didn't waste any time to shoot her down, chucking a good amount of her HP   but she was able to regenerate it with the Lifesteal of her sword Alecto. In the battle of Lifesteal, the renowned queen of it certainly won't lose especially since she's defending her ally. Benedetta is hell-bent on taking out Granger since his damage is already immense but Ruby did her best to intercept her while the marksman covered her back. 

Benedetta also proved to be formidable as she sustained her HP even though two heroes are attacking her simultaneously. 

"Granger, are you okay? It's fine if you want to retreat. We can't lose you now this deep in the game." Ruby asked worriedly as Benedetta's allies approached them. 

"I'm fine. We need to push with the Lord. It's our only shot. Our allies are arriving so we only need to hold out until then. Is your flicker ready?" 

"I still need 10 seconds to get it to work but the enemy is already here. It seems that this will be the final decisive battle. Just stay behind me and always keep an eye out for their assassin."

"Affirmative. If you can pull their marksmen here then I can do the rest. Layla and Brody are monsters in the late game so that brat needs to be taken out immediately. Can you do it?" 

"Hell, yeah. We just need to wait for Carmilla so that we can lead the charge. You and Cecilion can handle the rear and deal the actual killing blows. Dyrroth will assassinate their mage and then we head straight for their base and win this competition once and for all."

"Hmm." Granger hummed as their allies finally arrived on the scene. 

"Shall we begin?" Dyrroth smirked as he emerged from the bush along with the blood demons. 

"We're going to give it our all." Carmilla added as she went to Ruby's side who nodded at her in acknowledgment. 

"We shall prevail!" Cecilion declared. 

"Launch attack!" 

The two crimson maidens charged towards the enemy with all they've got as the Lord fought with their enemies pushing the inhibited turret. Their distraction with the Lord gave their enemies the element of surprise as Ruby and Carmilla suddenly emerged from the entrance to stun those close around. Ruby set her attention to the two marksmen but they were a few feet apart so she chose to target the one closer to her first which is Brody. She captured him with her hook before flickering back to her allies. However, she did not expect that she would also be grabbing Atlas who used his chains to grab her and Granger before slamming them on the ground.
