Years had passed and now Ruby eighteen of age, had grown into a scythe-wielding huntress and Alucard, 21 of age, grew up into a true demon hunter. Recently Alucard returned to the Rose household to pay tribute to her father and dedicate to him an incubus he defeated. Along with the tribute he also brought home a few of his friends and among them is a gorgeous elf woman whom Alucard obviously has an affair with, Miya.

Ruby wanted to cut down the elf with her scythe every time she sees her with Alucard and now that she witnessed them making love in her own property she wants nothing more than to torture that elf and humiliate her whole being.

"Miss Rose your tea is served." a male voice informed her. She quickly turned around and saw Granger holding a tray with the tea set and her favorite cake.

She left the balcony and entered her room, closing the glass doors behind her and going near the man. "Thank you Granger." she forced herself to give him a grateful smile and sat on the chair he pulled back for her.

"But why are you the one serving me? You are a guest here. Where is Angela?" she questioned raising a curious brow.

"Your maid is busy attending to Sir Leomord. She was supposed to bring this to you however the knight called her to his room. I was just passing by so she asked me to bring this to you in her place. She said that this brew helps you calm down your nerves and cheer you up."

"Oh, thank you for helping her up." she spoke softly not really wanting to interact with anybody. Ruby sipped the tea with a distant and melancholic look on her large beautiful eyes. She was so distracted and so sad that she didn't even notice that the tea was still very hot but she drank it anyway as if the burn was nothing.

Granger noticed this and wanted to cheer her up so he started taking notice of the things in her room.

"Your wolf toy looks amazing, it looks so real." He started, referring to the large wolf pillow in the girl's bed larger than its owner.

"It's not a toy. That's a real wolf. His name is Eins." she informed looking out at her balcony with tears gathering in the corners of her eyes. Granger saw the wolf jump out of bed, yawn, and bring itself to the girl's feet and returning to sleep when Ruby caressed its head.
