"No it's okay forget about it" Sam tossed the napkins on the table and quickly walks away furious yet composed
"Sam wait up, I'll come with" I push my chair out the table to walk away with her when I feel Eli's hand tugging on mine but I let it slip away knowing Sam needed help drying off although thinking about how Eli reached for my hand.
I followed Sam along to the restrooms that were located in the back of the diner.
"Sam hold on" I push the door open before it shut closed in my face
"Mia just go out" Sam sounds upset
"Sam that won't happen, let me just help you please" I place my hand on the stall door lightly pushing to see if it's open
"No Mia please...." I hear Sam weep
I stop and think to myself if this is something more than just a spilled accident. Sam tends to be soft when it comes to her feelings, she's been hurt before like a doormat. Gives someone a warm welcome only to just be stepped on repeatedly.
"Sam what's wrong" I walk in the stall next to the one she's in and sit down on the toilet
"Kyler.." Sam softly says
"What ahout Kyler" I try to get Sam to open up to me
"He's just a dick" Sam disappointedly says
"What do you expect, He's the guy who didn't pass trig" I try to left her spirits up
"Remember that rumor, that his dad you know.." I tease Sam trying to see why he wasn't good enough for her
"Mia" Sam lightly laughs
"It's not just Kyler, it's the fact that he didn't do anything to stop Tory" Sams voice is loaded with ache
"Tory is just a lost girl who saw the chance to ruin something, she just envy's what you have and unfortunately she couldn't have. It's true what they say the saddest thing about betrayal is that it never comes from your enemies, Kyler lost someone so unbelievably amazing." I go on and on about Sam just to cheer her mood up so we can go back out there and play some games with the group
"...That's why Kyler didn't go to states, thank you very much tune in for next time" I jokingly say leaning my head on the stall wall as so does Sam
"Mia you sure do know how to bring someone's spirits up" We laugh
"Ready to take on the world?" I ask Sam
"Do I even have a choice here?" Sam whines
"Hm..No not really I saw a duck I really wanted and I am devoted to having that laying on my bed" I stand up and unlock the stall to walk out
I walk out the stall while I lean on the sink waiting for Sam to come out slowly opening her door and extending her body in confirmation
"How do I look?" Sam asks while she has a big wet spot on her denim jeans rubbed in
"Did you pee yourself" I mess with Sam
"Oh god shut up" Sam rolls her eyes and Moon open the bathroom door
"Knock knock" Moon walks in
