Soon enough we pull into a parking lot filled with snow and very few cars parked in it. Not to far there is a small cabin looking shop. Everyone parks besides each other, Yasmines car in the middle while Eli's and Sam's car are on the edge. We all get out of our cars walking towards and into the warm the cabin. Where a late middle age lady is behind the counter in a vintage cardigan her name tag reads "Linda".  Eli and I walk into separate ends of the room where Eli is next to Demetri talking to him very calm while I am waiting for instructions on anything next to Yasmine who is typing madly.

"We'll lookie here" Linda says in a cold southern voice

"Hey, we have a appointment for the maze" Moon walks up to the counter with Miguel on her side

"Right Moon Casanova?" The lady types onto the computer

"Now ima need y'all folks to get into partners of two, y'all are gonna go on the ski lift to get y'all onto the other side of the mountain where the maze is located" Linda advises us making Moon turn around and give us her certain eye look to obey orders

"You guys remember your partners now chop chop" Sam claps

We all part our ways onto our assigned maze partner in order to get to the lift and make our way. Somehow we all manage to get in a two straight line with our partners, where Eli and I are stuck behind in side by side.

"Don't you need to go take a leak?" Eli breaks the silence by whispering

"Not anymore" I say quietly looking straight ahead of us

"You know it's like a 2 mile lift right that's about 30 minutes..alone" Eli adds on saying as he quiets down leaning down

"Hold my phone and purse i'll be out in a jiffy" I give in and do my thing before getting on the lift

"Don't take too long" Eli shouts while I look back and see a huge smirk looking smile

I get done doing my thing trying not to take too long and as I walk back out to the cabin being almost empty with only Eli, Sam and Chris talking.

"Done" I pull down my shirt fixing it

"Cool we're after them" Eli hands me my purse which was hanging from his shoulder

After waiting about a couple of minutes Eli and I walk out the cabin shop and head towards the outside patio which has a man around Linda's age on the edge strapping in Sam and Chris onto the lift chair swing.

"Give me a second kiddos" The man shouts at Eli and I as he pushed Sam's cart off to the edge

"Alrighty come my way" The man waved us over, His name tag read "Harold"

"Now it's a 2 mile trip so tighten up and sit still you lovers" Eli and I sit down as Harold lets us know

"Basic rules, keep your arms, entire body on the swing no matter what..don't swing it back and forth or else" Harold teased as he brings down the pole to keep us from leaning forward

"Oh would you quit it Harold and leave the couple alone" Linda walks up kissing Harold and leaning into his arms

"Have fun is what he means" Linda smiles at us

As I come to terms with what they think Eli and I, it fills my stomach up with the feeling of tickling in the inside. Eli didn't stop to let them know we are not together at all in that way.

Harold soon pushes us of letting us drop to the line letting our feet dangle as we start heading up.

"Aw what a beautiful couple they are aren't they" Linda says as we go up the lift not to far behind Sam and Chris.

"They think we'd make a beautiful couple" Eli says in between laughs

"Well they said we are a beautiful couple" I correct Eli

"Right right, us..a couple" Eli looks off to the distance

Soon the feeling in my stomach disappeared knowing Eli probably doesn't see us as nothing more than what happened last night.

"You know for us to be together for so long I barley know nothing about you" Eli says after I sit there in silence swimming in my thoughts

"What do you mean" I look at him

"I mean we spent like every second of the day together when we were in sessions but never seemed to get to know each other" Eli explains

"I mean we did have to make you pass your failing material" I remind Eli

"I know..but it was so much time to our selves that was rarely even about our selves" Eli shrugs his shoulders

"So what are you proposing?" I question

"Us to get to know each other" Eli throws his arm around my shoulder turning his upper body towards me

"Right now?" I raise my brow

"Duh we have 2 miles stuck together cmon what's the worse that can happen" Eli offers

The worst that can happen is me falling in deeper to a whole of pointless feelings.

"Okay if only you insist" We both smile at each other

"My name is Emialia, weird name I know. I have 3 grandmothers..it's a combinations of all 3 of their names..my mom had 2 moms one named Emily and the other named Mia and my dads mom is named Lia. I moved earlier in middle school and a bit of early high school but came back to sweet old Valley. I want to pursue the dream of being a journalist of some sort. I like reading and well it's just me, my dad and the gang..I think that's all there is to know about me other than the fact that I hate the tomato sauce on pizza and i'm a fanatic of strawberry lemonade and peach pie" I ramble on and on

"Hmm not enough for me but we have all the time in the world to get to know each other babydoll" Eli lightly twist a strand of my hair

"All the time in the world..what about you, tell me your deepest darkest secret" I sarcastically tease Eli

"Hawk Moskowitz, been doing karate since I was in sophomore year with Miguel. I like kicking ass and taken a world tours with almost every girl in our year. I work here and there at a car shop with Demetris cousins which explains the muscle car, I like concretes and shit. Did I mention I like kicking ass" Eli finishes quickly ending it with a laugh

"Didn't know you were that into cars working at a car shop" I'm surprised at Eli's hobbies other than punching every kid in the hallway

"Let me explain" Eli smiles
