Fear Of Change

Fear is the primal urge for everything

stopping people doing anything

depriving the already deprived

assassinating the idealized

taking away equality fought for

turning complaining and protesting into a chore

for us to rise against those committing injustice

we must make the majority want this

to want to change themselves

from submissive to independent selves

that realize the corruption

and turn into the catalyst for equalization

into a utopia of plenty

where there is nothing but safety

with no betrayal from the human condition

but when subject to thought you come to a realization

that you cannot change the human race

and there is no supported base

for the foundations of change

and that is nothing that should be found strange

for we are all scared of losing that we have come to call ours

that we have slaved in a dead end for hours

with no desire to lose it for the benefit of others

and so because of this the whole world suffers

and in this moment we show our true colours.
