Kìli and I were stood in the great hall reading the walls, he had asked me one thing that I wanted to do while we were here in the mountain, and I told him I wanted to be able to read ancient dwarfish

"And that means king, it speaks of thror and when the arkenstone was found" Kìli explained, he then pointed to another marking and began "and that-", we were so suddenly interrupted by thorin storming in, he looked fuming, he had Fili by his side who looked just as pissed off

Guards were following them, trying to keep up with their fast walking, I then noticed another dwarf who looked of quite a high status walking beside them, it must be lord dain!

"NO! THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO WAY IN THE NAME OF DURIN THAT I WILL ALLOW THIS!" Thorin boomed, Kìli and I gave eachother confused looks, "KILI COME HERE!" Thorin shouted

I was about to follow him when Fili said "no, only Kìli" I nodded although I was still a little desperate to find out what they were so pissed off about

Kìli joined dain Fili and thorin and they began to mutter amongst themselves, I did not know what they were saying but suddenly Kìli shouted "what?! No! That is NOT happening"

Dain-But I swear to you, she will be completely safe!

Thorin -how can we trust that?! You cannot ensure that!

Dain-for goodness sake you are being far too overprotective!

Kìli-overprotective?! We are not being overprotective, this is simply not a good idea, and it's not happening, end of story.

Dain-we need her help!

Fili - I couldn't give less of a damn if you think you need her help, you're not getting it!

Thorin - I don't care, distant cousin or not! She is in love with Kìli and she is my kin! I will not risk her safety! Even if it does mean that this great evil defeats us all, I will not risk her!

Dain- but there are so many things that she will benefit from

Thorin - oh you are being ridiculous! You are supposed to be my cousin, helping in looking after the mountain, and you are here asking me to allow something that will put bella in such a dangerous situation?!

Fili -you just wait until legolas hears about this
