Jessica finds that her boyfriend is cheating on her. He leaves and takes her heart with him. She builds up walls. Can Jacob break down those walls and can she let him in and love again.
It had been a long couple of months, because I was so excited to get married. We had our final dress fittings last week and my dress was hanging at my best friend's house waiting for the big day. Jacob and I both decided we decided against the usual bachelor and bachelorette party. It just wasn't our thing and both Crystal and Brad agreed. We spent an easy night at the house drinking and talking. Telling embarrassing stories and laughing. Brad and Crystal had decided to give it a try again and they have never been closer. He spends a lot of time with her if he is not off with Jacob at the rodeos. Janice and I have gotten so much closer. She is like a second mother to me and I have started calling her mom. She was so happy that I did. She tells me I am like the daughter she never had. I have invited her to every dress fitting with us and even helped her pick out a dress for the wedding. It is now the night before and we were at the rehearsal.
"Are you ready for tomorrow my love?" Jacob asks.
"I am so ready to be Mrs. Stevens."
He smiled as he wrapped his arms around me. "I like the sound of that. Say it again."
"Mrs. Stevens."
"MMM, can't it be tomorrow already?" he says with a smile as he placed a small kiss to my lips.
"Patience cowboy. I am worth the wait."
Yes, we decided no sex until after the wedding. It was pure torture, but like I said it will be worth the wait. It actually was his idea and I couldn't believe he suggested it. One more night and the torture would be over. I still don't know where we are going for our honeymoon though. He said it was a surprise and swore everyone to secrecy. I tried hard to get him to break, but he is a tough one. Once rehearsal was over and we got through dinner, Crystal and I got ready to head to his mom's house. We decided to stay over there so we could all get ready together, and of course we had to spend the night apart.
"Alright love, we have got to go. Just think the next time you see me, I will be walking down that aisle to you."
"I know, love. It will be the best day of my life. I will let you go for now." He hugs me tight and hisses me like he will never kiss me again. I head over to his mom's car and we head to her house. Once we get to his mom's house we get everything inside and sit and talk for awhile. I decide I am going to bed early to try and get some rest, but who's kidding. I am not going to sleep much. I toss and turn in between some sleep.
Knock, knock.
"Sweetheart, it is time to get up. It's your wedding day!" His mom says excitedly through the door. I got up quickly because I had been up for a while. We had a lot to do. We had mani/pedi scheduled and then to get my hair done and then get into my dress and marry the man of my dreams.
"I am up. Just give me a bit and I will be down."
"Alright, honey. I will have the coffee ready."
"Hurry up girl! We have got to get you beautified for your man." Crystal says excitedly.
I hop in the shower, wash and shave, then get out and get dressed. We head out to the nail salon first. We all get our nails done and then head to the salon and get our hair, and makeup done. Then we head back and relax for a bit before we have to get dressed. After we have a light lunch. I have to eat something so I don't get light headed, we start getting our dresses on. Once we are ready I hear a knock at the door, and Janice goes to open it. I hear my boss and come downstairs.
"Are you ready, Jess? The limo is waiting to take you to your prince charming." I laugh as I take his arm and he leads us out to the limo, and we head to our house and the backyard. "You look beautiful, my dear. You are going to knock his breath away."
I smile and a tear starts to fall as I think of my man waiting for me.
"Oh, no you don't, we have worked too hard to get you beautiful. Although it wasn't too much, you are already beautiful." Crystal runs over and dries my cheek, trying to keep my makeup from running. I look over and see Brad coming around the corner.
"Are you ready to get this thing started? He can't wait to see you. I will see you down there." With that he heads around and the music starts playing.
"I will see you down there." Crystal smiles and makes her way down.

We slowly move around to the side but stay behind the curtains so I can stay hidden. Then my song starts and we walk to the closed doors. It is so beautiful. They have done a wonderful job.

They open the doors and there he stands. I try to hold back the tears. I see him suck in his breath as he grins and I see him wipe a tear away.

I can't believe this day is finally here and I am marrying the man who completes me, the other half of my heart that I didn't know was missing.

We begin the walk down the aisle and I can't take my eyes away from his. He is still crying and I try to keep the tears from falling as I am smiling at him, my true love.
